I love the service in this store.especially being a new parent and trying to navigate your way through new uniform requirements. Staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable and patient.

We visited this store during weekday after taking online appointment from their website. The lady at the reception was very welcoming. The staff is very patient and helped us to buy right size uniform for my kid. The store was not crowded during morning hours. Our overall experience was very good.

Customer service is not good. Staff named CAMILLA is very rude to the customers and showing discrimination.

Extremely horrible service. I ordered and made payment my daughter's Rugby Top 8/1/2021. But still has not any information about it.
Now very cold and my daughter doing Rowing also.we have no other place to buy this. Because my daughter's school Uniforms can only buy this store. What we do?

I had a very positive experience. Was served by a lovely, friendly, patient young girl. Actually, all the staff were very nice.

The shop is quite busy before schools start. But staff there work very efficiently. It didn't take us long to get served.

Very poor store timings.

Limited store hours on weekend, and a rather late start in theweek. You need to pretty much skip your work to make a trip here.

Worst costumer service ever. They gave me the large size bag for my Prep daughter and short for the sport uniform insted of the skort! Also I made an order in the shop for a jaket and they didnt send me an SMS to inform me they got the jaket for about 3 weeks! Finally they dont know how to smile (: if there is another store sale the school uniform definitely I'll not come here again. Byt I dont know how they got 4 stars if the only 2 reviewes is less tgan 2 stars!
