Contacted Bob Jane regarding a tyre price match.
A customer service consultant from this store replied and asked me how many tyres I wanted. I replied and never heard back. I replied again advising I needed tyres urgently and still no reply. I ended up going to a different tyre store who were happy to price match. Don't offer price matching if you're not going to honour it.

You can easily look into this by speaking to your staff member at Port Melbourne named Takara who ignored my emails. Please feel free to update me as to why the two people I emailed ignored my emails. Thanks.

Their Customer Service is second to none, especially Brent who is not only diligent but also caring.

Very efficient, professional and friendly service. I've had my tyres repaired here numerous times now and they go above and beyond to accommodate a quick turnaround whilst maintaining high quality.

A friend recommended Bob Jane Port Melbourne a couple of years ago when we were looking to replace the tyres on my son's car. We found them to be professional, great customer service and well priced. Fast forward to today when we had a screw embedded in the tyre our other car we headed straight back. Received the same great service and was pleasantly surprised when they did not charge for the puncture repair. Will not hesitate to come back when we next need tyres repaired or replaced.

I've had urgent tyre troubles twice in the past few months and I have to say, this store has been incredibly helpful. In particular, Brad on the phone and in person has sorted me out and the team have fixed up my car quickly. It's always a shock to get good service. They have a good vibe about them in that place.

Got a flat tyre after driving an hour to the city, nothing else was open around the area except this one. The boys welcomed us immediately and quickly got our puncture fixed within 15 minutes! Incredible service and wonderful team!

Great experience. We had a puncture on a Saturday close to closing time. Dan kindly fit us in last minute and was super friendly. And to top it off he didn’t charge us a thing for the repair! Very happy with the amazing service, thanks again Dan and team!

What can I say, but these guys at Port Melbourne Bob Jane T-marts, go above and beyond when it comes to amazing customer service. Despite arriving late to my allocated time, manager Dan still accommodated me and got the job done very promptly. Highly recommend these guys for all your tyre needs.

Brad was very efficient and provided excellent service. He got the car in straight away and fixed the puncture in a timely manner. He also provided great pricing for two new replacement tyres. Highly recommend Brad and the team.

The guys down at BJ Port Melbourne are really awesome. Knowledgeable and not there to upsell you or stuff you around. Went in thinking I had a 400 dollar tyre to pay for and was sent on my merry way with a free repair at zero cost. Excellent service.

If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys are the Bomb! Always friendly and helpful and I am yet to pay for a single puncture fix, even after insisting on my third visit today for yet another puncture they said no payment required. Top notch service here always and I wont buy new tires anywhere else.

Huge shout out to Bob Jane Port Melbourne! My son took his car there and got great service. I had a chat to them when I picked my son up and they said to bring my car in. When I took mine a few days later, the service was again great and super friendly, even though I'd wedged it into their schedule just before Christmas.

Nothing was a bother, they were informative and clear and just a pleasure to deal with.

My husband took my Mercedes here to have my tire changed/fixed last minute. He came home and was so impressed by the service and care. Now I know where to go for reliable service.
