Ask for long life service and puncture repair, reception said all fixed after pick up and found out: puncture isn't repair and all tyres are not pump up appropriately like below and not equally disturbed. Not recommended.

Great customer service from the team but especially Eddie. Been back twice now and sure I will go back again.

First time attending one of the Bob Jane T-mart stores and what great service we received! There is nothing better than speaking to someone who knows what they’re talking about and genuinely gives you beneficial advice as opposed to trying to make a sale. Needed new tyres for my husband’s Hilux and the help, knowledge and assistance from Moe at the Oakleigh store was next to none! Felt so comfortable as he really took the time to explain, advise and even show us examples on my husband’s ute of what we were looking to buy. Arranged everything for us the same day despite how busy they were. The rest of the staff in the workshop were also very friendly and accommodating! Thanks Moe! Return customers for sure!

Awesome service, quick turn-around for a flat tyre!

My WRX unfortunately got a bad puncture last Sunday night. I put the spare on, took it in Monday morning and they said they were really busy but would see what they could do to help. They (wish I had asked for the guys name, sorry, he was so helpful!) had a look and ordered in my preferred tyre - no upselling or pressure at all, but I decided to order a second tyre and book in a wheel alignment as well.

They were able to fit and balance my tyres Tuesday afternoon in less than an hour, for a great price as well.

I can't recommend a place more highly. Especially as a WRX enthusiast, I love my car very much, and felt like it was in safe hands.

Beware of sneaky sales tricks. Get a second opinion. I had booked in for a minor $40 puncture repair, but on arrival was told they weren't allowed to fix that tyre ("its illegal" were his words) because it was over 10 years old (tread was fine). Instead I was given a quote for $222 that also included replacing another perfectly serviceable tyre that was also "too old". Went elsewhere, and was told this was a half truth. Yes, there was a minor risk the repair to a 12year old tyre may not hold forever, but it was NOT "illegal" and thats a risk Im happy to take for a spare on a car we rarely use! Not impressed this was distorted by BobJane in an attempt to get a sale. In the end all fixed elsewhere for $40 not $222.

Needed to get a tyre replaced. The staff were really fantastic! The work was efficient, thorough and professional. I was very impressed and highly recommended them!

Absolutely the best Bob Jane around. Always make sure to take care of their like family. They also make sure that they can work with what is best for customers situation. I have moved out of the area but still always come to this store over anyone else.

Fabulous customer service. I had a puncture in one of my tyres today. After ringing 2 other tyre places and being bluntly told they were too busy, Bob Jane Oakleigh (who were also super busy) worked things out and graciously made a time to fix my tyre. I can’t thank them enough. I will be back. Great service.

Visited this shop on 11th OCT. As a mechanic, I changed tons of suspension on my old corolla. Surprisingly the wheel alignment guy did a perfect job on my car, didn't wait for too long, and was on the hoist for about 30 mins, they returned the key back to me, drive my car on a straight road, steering perfectly straight, and can't feel any weird tension with my suspension down there, really happy with it. Thumb up to the alignment guy.

Went there on Saturday morning due to tyre puncture. Guy from BJ took it over and got it fixed within 30mins - quick, easy and no BS. Highly recommended.

Never go back here. Try a different Bob Jane. Man behind counter made me wait as long as possible. I had a simple puncture to fix (10 minute job),
man who he served before me was getting 4 New tyres and Wheel Alignment. No one else there at that time
I waited 1.5 hours when I did ask politely if we could do this quickly so I could back
on the road to do my work.

car. Then it was parked at
Exit. Then he got me to pay first and so I had to wait
longer again as I could not get out until the other man
had paid for his car and drove out first. By the way
the phone would have rung about 10 times. At times two phones ringing at the same time and he never answered the phone once.
Something is wrong here!

Mo is awesome! He always tries to make the customers happy with the service and it shows. I came in to get some rims and service was efficient and straightforward, no BS.

Rang and told my duaghter had a flat tyre and said dont bother coming here we are too busy and couldn't even put spare on for her and made her drive further in dangerous conditions very discusting servicand put my duaghter in danger pogd beware omlu for money no customer servic

Worst service imaginable! Liars or they just don't know what there talking about. How they class them self as a tyre shop is beyond me.

Bought 4 new Yokohama tyres in Jan 2022. Was offered a free 3 months service. Booked f inor service for 12 Apr at 9.00 am. On the morning of 12 Apr, was called to say their machine inoperable, and service postponed to 19 Apr at same time. Went to shop this morning and was told machine still inoperable. Claimed that they tried to call me on Sat. I probably declined the call as it is not on my contact list. Not good enough and not a Happy Jan
