Turned up at 4: 45 with two punctures. Nothing was too much trouble service amazing everything was done in a timely manner. Cannot fault this place

Took my Golf R here which I’m very protective of. Adam helped me with a tyre recommendation and got them fitted within an hour or so. I picked up and car and over the next few weeks I noticed a vibration. I called Adam and he mentioned that a wheel weight might have come off. I brought the car in and they fixed it up on the spot, proving that the service was still amazing even though I was visiting without the intention of buying anything. I’ll definitely come back next time.

Adam and the rest of the guys at bob jane ringwood were all very knowledgeable and super helpful. Adam took the time to chat about different wheels and tyres to best suit my jimny. They did such a great job!

Had a screw puncture on one of my tyres and popped in on a Saturday to have it repaired. Adam assessed the damage and tried to fit me in despite saturday being a busy day for them, however I couldn’t make the time and he got me to come back in on a Monday to have it fixed instead. Popped back in on Monday and had the puncture very promptly fixed by the team.

Very happy with the service and friendliness overall. Will definitely be back for any tyre needs.

Also a side note for those who are concerned, this shop is familiar with Teslas.

I had my tyres fitted at another service and had a flat tyre a few days later. They managed to fit me in very quickly and replaced all the valves for the cost of single puncture repair. Great service!

Thank you to the team at Bob Jane Ringwood! We called at lunch time on a Saturday for a suspected puncture. They booked us in straight away for 3pm the same day and fixed it for us in less than an hour. Tony was an absolute pleasure to deal with and so were the rest of the guys there. They have helped me multiple times over the years and are always so kind and helpful. Great work Bob Jane Ringwood!

Tony and Chris are some of the most helpful blokes you’ll come around. Those bloke are efficient and knowledgeable which isn’t common these days. Big ups to them.

I had a puncture, nail in tyre. I was using my spare. They took my car in on the spot and said they maybe could repair the tyre. I was expecting to pay $$ for a new tyre but they offered to fix it first if they could - I didn’t know they could be repaired. And they did! So I didn’t have to waste a good tyre because of a puncture. Much cheaper than I was expecting and also better for environment as one less tyre to landfill for now.

The location is good and they have spaces to park your car when you pull in. If you drop your car off for a few hours you can walk to Eastland for shopping or grab a coffee.

Staff were friendly, detail orientated and offered up good solutions.
