Bob Jane T-Marts

Came here last week for fixing a flat. Asked for a quote on four new tires and wheel balancing, they said they will let me know if they tires need to be changed or not

Left for breakfast. They called me later and said cannot fix the flat since it’s too close to the wall and need to change 4 tires which will cost me 1500. I said no need and just pump the tires and then I will be gone. Then they said they have already done the wheel balancing!

How can wheel balancing be done with a flat tire?

I came to them and they said they have done me a favour and help me with the flat tire charged me 150 for the “favour”

The guy who served me has no manners. Would not even show me on the screen which tires cost how much. Treat customers like imbeciles.

Ian pulled all the strings and helped me not only match the price of Potenza Sport tyres elsewhere, but beat it too for an amazing deal. Brandon also helped with a quick turnaround for a puncture repair. Prices and service is amazing. Can't fault.

Ian is a usless salesman or manager what ever he is. I called up asking if I could get an alignment done today was very rudely told no. Not the biggest deal but then I was hung up on. To not even offer to book me in for another day. I will not be coming back or recommending anyone ever visit your bob jane locations untill you have some sort of customer service, As for your reply I didn't even get enough time on the opine before he hung up to give me registration or try to book in its a joke don't worry I don't want you to investigate nothing will happen anyway.

Staff and waiting time was good even though it was quite busy got new tyres Michelin sports 4s* and a wheel alignment.
Price was a bit high but overall great staff experience.

Great service from Bob Jane Springvale today. They did the complementary check and found out a puncture which they fixed for free. After the check, tyres were nice and clean and car brought to the entry ready to go. Thanks to the team and keep it up.

Great service and experience. Personally, I cant thank Taran enough for putting all this extra effort and time to help me with all my questions and finding the best solution for what I was after for my evo. When it comes to my car, I can get very fussy and Taran was happy to take the time and explain what would suit best for my application and cover my needs. If I could put more stars I would. Definitely reccomend.

I have been waiting for the past two hours to get a price match confirmation from the manager. I mean does it have to be this way I have given them Bridgestone website link where the same tyre is $6 cheaper. They suppose to beat the difference by 10%. The total impact is around $7 for two tyres and my two hours time is spent just for managers confirmation. Pathetic service.

Excellent service. I had a wheel alignment done on my car here. The service staff were polite and efficient. The job was done quickly and everything that was done during the service was explained to me so that I knew exactly what I was paying for.

My first time to Bob Jane T. Mart in Springvale, booked my car for tyres replacement+ Wheel alignment. Taran was expert and knowledgable for his job, excellent customer service, friendly and easy to book.

I walked into Bob Jane in Springdale asking if they could put a bit of air in my back tyre they said no worries and got thing ready to inflate back tyre anyway I've said stop that's enough I was ignored untill the tyre finally blew I then asked the guy that was helping me if they have a puncture repair kit now so I can repair it they refused to help and the most upsetting thing was I approached the boss to explain your worker has now blown my tyre he the boss was not at all helpful and the guy doing the work for me bluntly lied right there Infront of me and said the tyre was flat witch was a total disrespect towards me as a customer and they cent me on my way with a blown tyre I was in total shock and could not believe in the way I was treated Bob Jane Springdale don't know how u got your 4 star rating when u treat customers with that much disrespect and lie about situation also I'm a pensioner it is my only means of transport after loosing my licence I don't get paid for a fortnight and now I have to foot the bill over someone not doing there job right and worst of all lying about what really took place I will be taking things further as it's not how u treat your customers very very hurt and disappointed on the end result thanks very much for your inconvenience to me for next fortnight Bob Jane springvale discusting and disrepectfull and mostly disappointed in Bob Jane custermer service my rating for Bob Jane springvale minus 5 not 4 star far from u ought to be ashamed of the service u provide to the public

Great service at time of my tyre purchase and at my after sales tyre service. Prompt, efficient and friendly service and staff who went out of their way to help me.

Consistently warm and reliable service, with very fair prices. Today, Matt helped me when I came in about a nail in my tyre, and because it didn't leave a puncture, I was not charged. I am very much appreciative.

Never go there! They broke one of my wheel lug bolts and took no responsibility. I had my tyres replaced there and I’m certain that they did a dodgy job in fitting the wheels which eventually had broken bolts tightened in a wrong fashion. Never replaced the wheel either by myself or at a mechanic’s. I’m certain that they did a dodgy job of fitting the wheels which result in these issues. I would recommend no one going there because damage is not worth it….

Ended up costing me $170 to get the wheel fixed. Bob Jane sent a reply to this review to which I replied and they did absolutely nothing. Don’t send a reply as if you care when you do absolutely nothing about it! Shameful!

I bought 2 new front tyres and they cleaned up my old rear tyres. The wheel alignment and tires make my car feel like new.

I'm the Bob Janet Customer, first time at this shop just came from Adelaide, I had wheel alignment service and the balance for tyres, the Service was terrible and the car is not safe at all, I'm not recommend this shop to anybody

15 minutes to get a tyre puncture fixed. Better price than The Tyre Factory who couldn't help till tomorrow!
