Bob Jane T-Marts

Was made to believe if I got my tyres at Bob Jane I was entitled to a free puncture repair, was charged $40 for a puncture repair. So not sure what to believe. Apart from that very prompt service.

Booked my daughter’s car in last week for a job. From start to finish the attitude of these guys stunk and the follow up put the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. They don’t deserve your money

Went there today with an emergency flat tyre and no spare. The man working at the office desk didn’t even bother to check my tyre properly, quickly quoted me $900 for 2 poor quality tyres. I decided to go to box hill bob Jane instead and was quoted $300 less for much better quality tyres. Just because it’s an emergency, doesn’t mean take advantage and you rip people off

Quality service and great prices! There is even a McDonalds with free wifi across the road while you wait!

Went in for a puncture repair, they dropped everything to help me out and without my even asking they fixed my wheel arch which was loose!

I just bought 4 tyres with alignment from these guys, service was great, they said it would take a solid 90mins and it was done well inside it. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstading with the price from what I thought was quoted the day before on the phone, but this can happen with any store, in the end its how they deal with it that matters. I spoke to Adam and he soughted it all out, his primary concern was to ensure I didn't walk away unhappy with the experience. I've been here a couple of times and find these guys to be pretty genuine, and the bonus is that they price match as well.

If you have emergency and fix your punctured tyre ASAP, don't bother come here, even though job take less than 10 minutes. The guy I enquired with has a smart-a#@% attitude as well.

Very poor customer service. The guy at the counter was so rude and unwelcoming. Even though the price was cheaper than Bridgestone Vermont, I still couldn’t tolerate his attitude

Special thanks Michael and Ming for going above and beyond in their service in helping me out with my car during a time of emergency. Michael in particular was so pleasant and professional to deal with. The quote was provided instantly and they even price matched a competitor. I dropped off my car first thing on a Monday morning for an 8am booking for tyre replacement and alignment. I got a text to say it was done just 34 minutes later. I even made it to work on time! All fuss free. Highly recommend the team at Bob Jane T-Marts Nunawading for their customer service! They did a great job. Make sure you look for Michael!

Great over the counter service and happy with the product (2 new tyres) in general. Only criticism is the finishing - white soap residue still very prevalent on the tyres and rubber marks on the rims that needed scouring. Had to get some cleaning products to wash them off. Otherwise would have been the perfect overall experience.

The mechanic MING did a good job as he did the last time but the receptionist I met with who I think is also a mechanic didn’t give me a positive customer experience.

After the complementary tyre service the tyre felt a bit soft so I checked the tyre pressure last week and it turns out all 4 were well below the minimum pressure indicated on my car. Minimum is 33psi. Mine were 26,28,28,30.

Got tire fitted yesterday, had a really awesome experience with price match to fitting and alignment. Very helpful staff. I went to Doncaster Bob Jane before coming to bob jane Nunawanding, showed them the photo from Costco website about their deal and asked them to price match as Bob Jane Doncaster was near my place. But even though the staff was polite and helpful they asked me to bring the written quote from Costco even though it was all there on Costco’s website. I felt really disappointed by Doncaster store and insulted as well, so went straight to Bob Jane Nunawanding store and trust me, I just showed them the photos from Costco website and they did it without a single question. They said “ Anything for customers” within one hr all 4 tires fitted, alignment done! Really awesome! Thanks

Went there today for the complimentary 3 month tyre service under their Long Life Tyre Plan. Was meant to go after 3 months of getting the new tyres, but went closer to 6 months, they honoured without even mentioning that I was late by more than 2 months. The wheel alignment was also spot on. Wait time was longer than 1.5 hours they mentioned, but this was not an issue, happy to wait then have them rush and miss anything. Waiting room was quite clean.

Just got a puncture fixed for nothing by these blokes on my CX7. Just great way to treat people. Will be getting all new tyres through them next time around. Thanks gents
