Called up before Christmas to order a set of AD09’s for my Evo 6 and spoke with Con, he advised me that he needed to order the tyres in and that I would be receiving the 4 for 3 discount, and the total price of the tyres would come to 1480. I also advised I do not need an allignment. All sweet, locked it in and he would call me once they came in.

No call for a week so I checked in on Monday, Con didn’t remember me or my order, so I told him I want them ordered, he once again said that he will order them and he would call that afternoon to book me in.
No call and closing time rolls around so I call them at 5: 30pm and we book in for The following Saturday. At this time he told me he had ordered them and they will be here.

Thursday rolls around and Con calls, says we have to skip the first Saturday booking because he “just tried to order the tyres and they aren’t in stock”
We postpone to Saturday the 20th

I took my car in today, AD09’s fitted, CAR ALIGNED, which I did not ask for at all (as the Evo was aligned just a month ago by Shockworks, who will now have to realign it again for the track) and I was also charged an additional $419 for the alignment and for a 4th tyre. From the time of trying to book in Yokohama had dropped certain models coming into January and I was not made aware by Con through the entire procedure that AD09’s we no longer 4 for 3. Pretty disappointed sorry guys

Edit: after getting it back home I’ve just found out they have scratched the inside everyone single lug hole on my Brand New Gram Lights

I spoke with the team multiple times because I wasn't organised and each time they were very patient helped and even co-ordinated tyres from another location so that I didn't have to travel.they also offer an amazing after care process to ensure you get longevity out of your tyres. It was a slamdunk.

The Team assessed 4 buckled rims and replaced two tyres whilst Ben work hard to try to find solutions to rectify the rims and get me back on the road.

This kind of care, compassion and professionalism is becoming rare these days.

Its a wonderful customer service given by Con one of the staff member and takes care of customer till the very end of fitting tyre and taking delivery.

I went into store at 4: 45pm on a Monday in urgent need of a new tire. Phillip and Con as-well as the other boys working there went above and beyond to fit out my new tires and rims, even staying back past close to get me back on the road. Best service I’ve had in a long time, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Had to call into the Fountain Gate store yesterday, after hitting a pot hole and blowing the front drivers side sidewall. Con and Ben immediately attempted to source tyres for me. I have had recent experience with getting replacement tyres for my vehicle and know that the particular tyres fitted to my vehicle (Pirelli PZERO's) are in short supply throughout the country at the moment. Ben rang around a number of places, sourced a tyre and had it delivered to the Fountain Gate store from Bentleigh. Tyres delivered, replaced, fitted, balanced, rims assessed for damage, and front and rear wheel alignment, all done and on my way in about 3 hours. Brilliant service, and whilst I was waiting I witnessed nothing but fantastic customer service from Ben & Con for every customer who presented at the counter.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If I lived closer to this store I would send all my family here for tyres when needed.

Worst experience ever. Wasted one full day of mine. Inquired about some tyres over the phone. They said tyres are available and be fitted in following day after ordering. Also confirmed they are putting the order now. Next day they called and confirmed that tyres have artived. I went in while working and found the tyres are out of stock. And then they were trying sell me some shity tyres which they have. Also inquired about another tyres they first said they can fit them in couple of days but when they check system they are all gone as well.my advise is DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Called in to make appointment to replace 4 tyres on car that had passed their time. Con the franchisee fit us in straight away. Services was excellent & beyond anything we expected. Also had a coffee prepared by Con.

Waiting 4 hours to fit new tyres on a Saturday when I was told 1.5 over the phone. Paid for a front end alignment and now the car darts all over the road. I’ll be going to pedders for a proper alignment now.

Had something wrong with my tyres they found the issue straight away and repaired it within the hour. Friendly service and great pricing. Highly recommend

I would like to thank Con for understanding and providing a great service when I went to this shop. He understood my desperation to fix the issue with one of my SUV car tyre. His prompt action to look at the vehicle and come up with brilliant options to resolve the issue. Really pleased with Con getting everything organised and fixed in less than an hour.

Great customer service from Con and Ben in the office, went above and beyond to get me the right tyres. The lad's in the workshop had all four wheels changed in no time at all. True professionals. Came here many years ago and looked after me well with great prices, recently enquired about BF, s, probably the most expensive quote in Melbourne. Suggest to anyone to shop around

Really friendly staff, both times I needed my tyres down I managed to get done on the same day of inquiry.

My husband and daughter bought in my daughters car after a small fender bender on her VW wheels. The team at Bob Jane where amazing could not do enough they went above and beyond even going to another store to collect new Tyers to match what she had. Absolutely best experience ever thank you team Bob Jane

Dropped the car off for 9am appointment, 2 cars already in workshop, told 1.5hrs to change 4 tyres. Get a phone call at 11: 30 telling me they're just about to start should take 40mins, finally got the car back at 12: 30pm, one lady in waiting room complained she had been there 1.5hrs and was told an hour and the reply was "nothing gets done in an hour".

Get in my car and it stank of cigarettes.
Very poor customer service, better off telling customers it will take 4hrs so we can go home and do other things with our lives instead of waiting in a cramped waiting room.
