Not a great experience, waiting long time and they didn't even check the pressure of the tires.had to add more air into tyres on way home.not impressed. I would not recommend them and will not be going back.

Great variety of tyres with stock on hand. Went back 3 months later for a Complementary alignment service. Great service. Love it. Not your ordinary tyre shop!

Life savers! After calling, many many local tyre stores for a quick fix flat tyre, none were able to see me until I rang bob jane and although they were extremely busy they bent over backwards to fit me in. They saved the day for me and made sure I got to my next appointment in time. Bayne, thank you so much!

Asked for a wheel alignment when purchasing 2 new tyres and it wasn't done. Four months later tyres are shot. Pathetic.

Ask for quote.it mentioned will give me a formal quotation when I drop in.but when I drop by the quote was not available. Quite disappointed.

I had a tyre emergency this morning and after calling several other tyre stores and getting unfavourable responses, I called Bob Jane in Doncaster.
The gentleman on the phone was LOVELY. He was patient and calm with me as he could tell that I was extremely upset. I bought my car in, he didnt make me feel bad for the condition of my current tyres and didnt lecture me (as other tyre stores had already done). He just told me what he could do, he told me about a promotion running at the moment and then offered to get the tyres replaced immediately for me. He was calm, accommodating and fantastic (I am so sorry I didn't get his name) and I really wish there were more people in customer service jobs like him. Please pass my thanks onto him for everything he did today:)

I and my family have been buying tyres and wheels here for over 20 years. Recently had new rims fitted to my son's pride and joy, his first car. Jessie could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We found the rims to complement the car perfectly and they were delivered to the store, fitted and a 4 wheel alignment done promptly. Jessie even threw in free locknuts and included several tyre repairs at no charge. I think the price was very reasonable and certainly competitive with others we had seen. Another happy customer and we'll certainly be back when our tyres need attention again.

Needed locknuts removed off my tyres immediately due to wheel damage and having to drive to Sydney for business on Friday. I was turned back by several automotive repair shops due to “headaches” and it being a tough job. Luckily I got onto Jessie at Bob Jane Doncaster who was more than happy to call me in, assess the situation and then remove them all within 15 minutes. Amazing, fast and friendly customer service by Jessie and I’ll definitely be returning for business - he made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend seeing Jessie for any of your automotive needs if you want fast, quality and effective service. Legend!

Took my car back to Bob Jane to get 1 tyre changed and alignment done after an issue because head office looked after me price wise. I took the car in at 10am (was told it would take 1.5hrs) and at 12pm it was still sitting on the hoist with nothing done! Apparently they couldn't find the tyre but failed to let me know or order one in (I believe this was done purposely) while I waited in the area car-less. In store counter staff are rude apart from Paul and Darren (if he still works there). Head office were helpful but >3 hours to change a tyre and do an alignment is a poor effort. Will be sticking with MyCar from now on.

Poor Service! Waited 2hrs to find out my car was still in car park, even though manger said it would take 90mins. Dishonest and I won’t be returning.
