Bob Haran DR

After booking an appointment for the 11th of October my mother had called to inform the clinic she was running late, but on the way. To her disbelief she was told she was unable to attend the clinic as Bob Haran was not taking new patients. While I accept the change in the medical landscape, The incompetence or lack of training from your receptionists was evident. Not only was she driving from the outer eastern suburbs which is no short drive. Surely if you are truely not taking new patients that would be something that your staff would be able to communicate on the initial phone call, I mean they’re the face of your business? Not only are you unable to communicate to your potential patients you’re not even able to contact them prior to their appointments to inform them of your mistake. It’s a little disappointing that it took my mother to call to find out the booking had been cancelled. Considering the mistake was done by yourselves in good will the appointment should have been honoured but there was a clear lack of service
Disappointing overall.

Very caring and professional not kept waiting to long but Dr. Haran makes time for you known to all his patients as Dr. Bob
