Boathouse Resort Studios & Suites

Place was great! Clean, tidy and a nice few surprises from the room setup.
Close to the pool in the complex and resort is close to the beach.
No beach views or nice views however.
Also road behind is a tad noisy at times but isn't too concerning.
Overall, had a great stay.
Wanted to stay longer:)

Very clean rooms. Good & pleasant customer service. No balcony in room we stayed.
Quite expensive per night. It takes some time to heater to get the room too the desired temperature. Walking distance to near by cafes & beach.

Great location- just walk across the road to the beach. Clean, tidy, large room. Best bed that we’ve slept in yet! So comfy. Pandas Restaurant at the front was fantastic. Heartily recommend.

Great accommodation, modern, spacious, and clean. The only issue would be the plumbing pipes making a tapping noise in the walls (expansion from hot/cold water), but this can't be helped, as it's common for multi-storey dwellings. Still 5 stars.

Service is a big ‘Zero’. Accidentally left my AirPod pros in the room, when I realised a couple of hours later; called the hotel & explained that my phone confirms the location of AirPods in the room we stayed, there was no response. Cheats.
No issues with the room or location but I wouldn’t ever trust this place again.

Had a very decent one night stay here, and our (upgraded) 1st floor room was great with good facilities, so no complaints. Would have liked to stay another couple of nights as there's so much to see and do around the area

Almost don't want to share this review in case too many people discover it and I can't get in! Beautiful rooms in the best location and so reasonably priced. Near the beach, cafes of Blairgowrie and the best the peninsula has to offer.

Please change your linnen supplier the sheets are awful! Like crepe paper, some might think this is trivial but honestly the sheets kept both of us awake they are stiff and noisy. Unfortunately you can't fix the barking dog over the back fence. Lovely modern decor and beautiful palm trees and garden. Good location

The room we had, second story room was perfect, large room, nice balcony, would be wonderful in summer.

Perfect location if you want to stay away from the busy parts of Mornington peninsula. Right across the road from the beach.

Any negative reviews on this place I would suspect come from people who love a bit of a sook! It’s a great place! Thank you very much!

We stayed in the retreat above Panda and there were 6 of us. Plenty of space in lounge/dining area
Bunk room small but teenagers didn’t mind! The servicing of the apt if you wanted was fantastic. Clean towels and beds made.
Friendly staff

I am currently up here for a short stay with my son, great room (Netflix a bonus) room is well appointed and has everything. Bed very comfortable and staff and service very friendly. Pool is a bonus, it was clean (great for both adults and children)
Location is amazing across from the beach and close to all shops and restaurants

Rooms are nice, grounds are nice, price is high, WiFi is non existent. Be great if they didn't empty their bottles into the bin at 10pm on the dot every night. It's like a rooster we don't need that wakes the kids every time. Lack of consideration for the time of night.

Extremely noisy aircon from the unit above, to the point that I coudnt get to sleep when on cooling cycle. The vibrations were dull, like seating on an aircraft next to the engine.

We stayed for 2 nights. Lovely staff and clean room. The restaurant next door makes it really convenient.

We got the king spa room. Massive bathroom and very decent kitchenette. Big tv and gorgeous bed
