6I was told we could not get parts for a Gainsborough tri lock and would need a whole new door lock. I even explained that the snib wasn’t popping out and it was the spring. They wanted to charge $130 call out fee, new door lock plus installation fee. We managed to get a $20 spring from the lock shop for Gainsborough tri lock and put it in ourselves. Very disappointed with the dishonesty.

Chris arrived within an hour of our call and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It was a key locked in the car situation and other locksmiths said they weren't able to fix it.
