Unless you're OK with waiting 60+ days (and counting) for your depreciation schedule to be supplied, I recommend you find an alternate QS. Edit: report was delivered about 70 days after initial payment.
BMT provides exceptional guest service. I purchased a report years ago and recently I accidentally deleted the report from my email. I called up and Leah GATO was absolutely amazing. She found my report and sent it to me before the call ended. I’m blown away her efficiency! I wish every company I deal with is like BMT - they’re truly wonderful to deal with.
Updated - Received my report on the exact 15th business day after 2nd update. The report is really good with all details. I have no compaint on the quality of the report, but please more transparent on the processing time so client can decide if it is worth the wait!
Terrible experience! Before engaging the service, I asked the support team twice and they confirmed that the proceesing time should be less than 4 weeks for Depriciation Schedule.
5 weeks later the status was still stuck at "Preparing". Rang them only to get the response "your schedule has been processing and at last few pages. It's estimated 15 business days". Shocking!
Fast forward, now at week 8th and the status is still at "Preparing". Tried to ring them again and they dont even bother to entertain you or checking the reference number. Straight away ask you to hang up and said will ring you back.
We recommend BMT for all out clients. We have found that by comparing other depreciation schedules, BMT seem to find more deductions and are far more detailed in their approach. They also keep their schedule software up to date for purchases, which means you get the most from your deductions; not last years purchase prices for goods.
