BMNC - Banh Mi & Noodle Co

Had a pork banh mi, the food was more than up to standard. The customer service is elite with the workers being so friendly and bubbly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food with great customer service.

One of the most average and overpriced banh mi i have ever eaten, too much lettuce, not enough meat, asked for extra hot chilli to be given several pieces of chilli that didn't even tickle. Sad to see how hyped this place is without anything to back it up, I'd personally go somewhere else. Shame as the staff were friendly and the setting was nice.

Fast friendly service even though very busy we got our order within 10 mins. Tofu noodle bowl and chicken noodle bowl both were very generous size and tasted very fresh. Definitely worth a visit

Ordered the pork roll with Pate and mayo. Received a pork roll as I ordered but also all the salad items. Was then told I didn't specify, but was never asked. 1st time customer, (just started work around the corner) most I've ever paid and essentially told I should have assumed what else it came with. Never again.

Average banh mi - the crackle on the pork crackle was nice but it wasn’t actually a banh mi in terms of flavour and content (there was lettuce in it? ! And can’t taste the pate at all so not sure if it had any)

If in need of a good coffee in Dandenong, then definitely go there I also like how the owner remembers all the coffee orders for his regulars.

We trusted reviews and came to have a lunch. Veg noodles and chicken noodles were cold and dry. The didn’t make the noodles they just put everything together and gave us. From all food only tofu in the veg noodles wasn’t so bad. Never come here if you want tasty food

Last week, I went here, got a grilled chicken noodle bowl and a soy medium cappuchino. I have to say that the food, coffee and customer service are really excellent.

I'm a new customer and have been twice.
1st time I noticed all the regulars received special treatment and I was rushed through but went back because of good food.

2nd time ordered a meal deal.
I asked the coffee girl what drinks are included in meal deal and she said "every on that shelf " so I grabbed an Iced coffee instead of standard soft drink.
I got chased out of the store acusaused of stealing this was so embarrassing on my behalf when I felt like I did the right thing to ask.

He said you need to grab a soft drink when I offered to pay the difference for the upgrade it wasn't an option so I walked out with a drink I didn't even want.

For $1 difference this was all a bit over the top and won't he returning or recommending to anyone.

This shouldn't be the customers issue when staff don't even know what's in a meal deal.

From a previous food and hospitality background it goes a lot further letting the customer know there has been a mistake so they know for next time but let them have it anyway since it was the staff fault for being under trained because $1 isn't worth a non return customer in my opinion.

I love their coffee and food. Service is always friendly, very warm atmosphere and beautiful decor with plants. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Bnmc:)

The roast pork bahn mi is amazing here. Can't wait to try the lemon grass chicken one next time. Awesome place for lunch.

I've had many Roast Pork bahn mí in Melbourne and across Australia. The Roast Pork bahn mí from BMNC is easily in the bottom 25% of the hundreds I've had across the country. Go elsewhere if you want good bahn mí. You've got 75% chance you'll find better at any random slot or viet bakery.

Stopped by with my little 1 year old whilst waiting for an appointment at the premises next door.

We ordered a bacon and egg roll and a baby chino.

The bread was fresh, soft and crispy and the bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly.

To my surprise, My little one enjoyed the roll and practically finished the whole thing himself, leaving a big mess in the process.

We had bread crumbs everywhere and spilt the baby chino.

The staff was happy to clean up the mess and made the overall experience an enjoyable one.

Thanks for the food and service, we will be coming back when we’re in the area!

Nice place however banh mi was dry and tasteless plenty of better and cheaper banh mi places 8n dandenong

Best place for breakfast / lunch in Dandenong. Modern, clean vibe. Very friendly staff who will always remeber your coffee order, and amazing food. Hidden gem.

Food is amazing, coffee is delicious, staff are all so nice and friendly. Beautiful atmosphere.
Shame their hours are so limited. Struggle to get here. Wish they were open on the weekends!

One of my favourite places for lunch, service is always very quick and friendly. From the Bahn mi, to the bowls, the ribs, the popcorn chicken, it's all amazing. I'm yet to have anything I haven't loved. Highly recommend
