I had great experience at BM Tiles Truganina, I have been to there couple times, from selecting the tiles and delivery no issues ever

I will not recommend the service B and M tile and stone provides they treated themselves very professional but they hire staff who is not experienced at all may be buy tiles but don’t install from them, our tiles within 2 months installation, few tiles broken and when tapping hollow sound created and we keep asking them to fix but nobody care and they said they having long time warranty but that’s just words, they don’t even bother what’s happened, this review is completely truthful and based on our personal experience, B&M tile people should maintain professionalism and handle people s complaint very genuinely or should hire experienced staff.

Very poor customer service & they hold any stock, they get the tile samples from small tile shops & put in their show room. When you ask about stock they don’t know anything. After placing order they want full payment & don’t know about the stock.

Pathetic customer service and extremely poor quality of work. Cannot deliver what they commit. Don't know how to talk & treat their customers at all. Extremely unsatisfied. Never going back to them and never recommending it to anyone. Don't commit & promise, if you have no capability of delivering.response to the email: We would have appreciated if before changing and making decisions your team communicated with us, we had to chase you guys always to find out when the people are for the work, We always tried to understand the situation but were never communicated what's happening & Why. We are not threatening anyone, in fact I feel the other way around that as a customer I cannot even express my dissatisfaction. I feel everyone in this country have a right to express their opinion, I don't know how anyone can see this as dissatisfaction and trying to address that, instead calling that a threat. Make me feel even stronger about my experience, I had with your organisation.

Best tile shop I have ever seen with exclusive tiles. I have done my bathroom renovation from them and they provide very good quality service

Very happy with them. They had all types of tiles I wanted. They had done supply and install package for me at best quality and on time. They stick to their commitment and finished Job before time.

Most Beautiful showroom i have ever visited. Their customer service is par excellence and especially their employee Prince is a gem of a person. The way he dealt with us, was an amazing experience. He is very kind and a helping soul. Will definitely refer to everyone.

Maybe their family friends give them rating but I would rate NEGATIVE score. I Visited them twice bcoz of my builder's preference but both my visits were dissapointing. The lady who was dealing us was unprofessional.she got rude attitude and had very little almost no knowledge of what they are selling. They got lot to display but most of them are out of stock. LIMITED choice in builder's range. Thank god our builder had another supplier. I Prefer never to visit them again

One of the worst costumer services.the one at the front has very poor knowledge about the product and have zero interest in the costumer to purchase anything.need big time improvement in the front desk.

Best tile showroom, they have such a adorable collection of tile and the customer service is the best there is one girl name jaypreet she is so adorable and polite with customers and she has the best sense of humour to caught the desire of customer. She is very calm and helpful she help us beyond the limits alway I really appreciate her hard work.

The best tile showroom in Australia. I have never seen such a beautiful showroom in my life. Wide range of tiles, mosaic and very high end products. I was very satisfied with customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended to everyone. Good quality job done in my house. This art tile only available at their store.

After installation of floor Through builder. I enter in my house and told about lamination floor not good. Its loose and make noise while walking, Need to fix.asap but It's been 1 year no one came in to fix it

We have selected flooring from this shop sent by our builder but these people installed floor in a very unprofessional way and they do have wide range but do go with them for installation either tiles or flooring.

Pathetic service and mis-commitment by the staff and management alike. We are building our home in Melbourne, despite of our order confirmation in Sep 19 and confirmation from their end on the availability of our selection; they got out of stock in only four months. Now we are stuck with our earlier selection of rest of the items and no compensation is being offered by them and their staff is contradicting their own statements and continue to lie to us.
They are clearly cheating their clients by miscommiting. More so, they have now moved many of their builders range to the upgrade collection in just 4 months time. I would never recommend it to anyone. Please save your hard earned money from going into the drain. Highly dissapointed with their handling of clients and orders.
