Overpriced, Product was great but I was promised any leftovers from the job would be refunded if returned and packaging. I was lied to and are now ignoring emails and when I call tell me that they are not refundable. Wouldn't recommend to buy off people who lie.

Zero star. Our house was handover is done 5months ago and titling was done by B&M tile. One one the worst experience in our life time. We got upgraded titles and his tradesman did worst job. Titling is unseen and look in finished. They let grout on the titles and didn’t even bother cleaning. Our the Builder told us he will get them cleaned but still waiting on Pavillius to get all pending jobs done. He is full of excuses. If any one thinking to get job done from them feel free to email me I can share photos with anyone. So disappointing when you building your first home as they promise big but delivered nothing close to it. Very in professional way of doing business and every day I regret my decision going with PAVIllIUS builders and titling fromB&M. Zero ethics from these people. If their was option to give negative rating I would have done that.

Avoid at all cost! They came to fix some uneven tiles for my kitchen splashback. The worker came in and messed up! Sent another guy in and he couldn't get the correct grout colour either. 1 year later, still dont come. Avoid at all cost.

Completely untrustworthy company. Spare your money and stress. They are completely unreliable. This is from dealing with these people for months a huge renovation in our home including tiles and floor boards.
They will agree with one price and change the price as you go along including extras that were not previously organised. Make sure you have a written agreement that you can stand on otherwise you will be held by their dodgy tricks.
We have damaged floor boards from installation and they REFUSE to come and the damage caused by them.
We have rang and gone to their office several times and they LIE to us saying they are coming and never show up.
This is just a small example.
Do not recommend these people!

Lies, lies and more lies!

These guys have been horrible to deal with.

We decided to go with B&M as it looked like a successful company but it is far from it.we used B&M for the tiling of our side by side townhouses. From the get go they were unprofessional, however we paid for all tiles in full before work started so we tried to be as patient as possible. They were constantly delaying work days. They would tel us that workers will be here on a certain day and just not show up or do a few hours of work and leave.
We were initially told that all tiling will take 3-4 WEEKS to complete but it took 3-4 MONTHS to do MOST OF the tiling as they did not complete the job.

Workmanship is absolutely appalling! From the first day of work my husband realized that the tiles weren’t lining up and that apparently was reason enough to pause work for 2-3 weeks. Again we were patient.
We later realized that the tiles were all different sizes as they were factory second tiles.

Once they continued work we noticed the tiles used in one of the townhouses were a complete different colour to what we chose, but when we brought this up they said it was just a different batch of the same colour.as i was not convinced, I took one of the tiles they were using into the showroom and put it beside the tile we chose and it was a complete different colour (photo attached). The tile we chose was a light grey but they used a brown tone tile. This was also confirmed by one of their workers who showed me the box labels confirming different label codes/names. When we brought this up again to management they said it’s ok because the colour they used is nice and a lot of people like that tile?

The tiles were cut out too big for the tap fit outs even though we gave them the backing plates to trace and had them redo these 3 TIMES, they were still too big and had to get filled with silicone.

After so many issues we had one of their managers come out to inspect the job and he was so rude, barely acknowledged us. Instead he spoke mainly Indian to the workers and laughed at the tiles being from China? Not sure why that amused him as the tiles were supplied by the company he works for.

He did not want to look at the bathrooms to see if the vanity or the tiles should be put up first. He kept saying the vanity needs to be put up first but after several attempts to get him to look at the vanities, he agreed that vanity should go up after the tiles.

They even grouted in the power points, and they cut out a piece of a tile for absolutely no reason and after realizing it didn’t need to be cut, they just placed the cut piece back in. Photo attached

We were no longer able to be patient and tolerate all the mistakes and delays. B&M was asking for us to pay the remaining amount that was due but we wanted to see the job complete with no mistakes before completing payment.
At this point we had 0 trust left in B&M and had to use the remaining amount of funds to outsource another tiler to finish the job as we could not afford to lose anymore time and knew the job wouldnt be done right anyway. This was agreed to by one of their reps as the awful workmanship and delays were just too much!

After moving into one of the homes, we noticed that there was no fall in one of the showers so the water was filling the whole bathroom floor in less than a minute. They told us that one of their guys will come out to fix but nobody showed up. We called several times and were told that someone was on the way but again they were full of lies!

Going through their reviews now I am noticing the company owner, his wife and other workers are the ones leaving 5 star reviews lol.

Totally unprofessional! Will never use these guys again and hope this will prevent anyone else wasting their money on what they think will be a good job.

I had gone through with B&M for my four town house project flooring and the package they gave me is very good and they delivered the products on time as well and within reasonable budget.

This is writing after lot of times emailing to BM tiles (I have lot of emails for follow up which I was doing from last one month) but not getting any response from BM tiles -, (this is regarding grouting issues - almost 20-30 places where grouting are coming out - it’s a new house – just built 6 months back), So they not left with any option to write the review so that other customer will not suffer what I am suffering,

My name is Rahul Madan, I live in Clyde north,

I build my house with ISH HOMES –he is also permanently closed -he used BM tiles to install the tiles at my property, during building process – BM tiles done lot of blunders while installing the tiles, below are the blunders

Blunder No-1 - Installed the tiles in dining area (PHOTO ATTACHED) where it was not part of plan - it was Wooden flooring -due to this the tiles get finished and they don’t have tiles left to put on the Front Pillars – due to this builder delayed for 1.5 months because supplier took time to deliver

Blunder No-2 -Front Pillar tiles -I got two pillars 600 mm wide - and as per plan they have to install the tiles which was also 600 mm wide- experience tiler will install one tile but what BM tiles did – they install half – half tile (attached photos) on one of the pillar – and other pillar have single tile - Luckily I was there at the property when grouting person was there – even I haven’t come out of my car – I noticed that something is wrong - when I came close then I realize they installed wrong, even the grouting person was shocked what tiler did, immediately I rang builder and he asked to ring BM tiles (I have all the messages with me Which I did to BM Tiles), when I heard the outcome it was hilarious -they said that tiler asked the supervisor or owner before installing the half /half tile (the reason they are giving was that the pillar width was 610 mm) – and yes they were right as they send me the chat photos between the tiler and the supervisor, but don’t know why Being experience in this industry from last so many years, why supervisor gave permission to install the tiles like that, myself not experience in this industry -even I know that they can get the side framing (silver or black) which can cover the gap, and other wrong this they did was they started the tiles from the ground not from the top which result in to full tile on the bottom and half tile on the top (bottom tile can cover up with the landscaping but how you can cover the top tile this so I haven’t accept this and asked the builder to change and install again - due to this- again the project got delayed for 3 weeks, (before and after photos are also attached)

There are other mistakes which they done – like tiles in niche in one of the bathroom, are not levelled due to which I can’t put any thing over there - it lead to fall everything, tiles in the shower are not done properly Etc.

Please feel free to call me or you want to see how they done the tiles you can come and check before taking any decision.

Excellent Customer Service with Great range of tiles. I had few houses done from them supply and install waterproofing, tiling and floor boards. One of the most professional companies i have came across. Highly Recommend to everyone as they do majority of the work without hassle.

If there was a negative rating, I would have definitely given it to them. Pathetic service and mis-commitment by the staff and management alike. We are building our home in Melbourne, despite of our order confirmation in Sep 19 and confirmation from their end on the availability of our selection; they got out of stock in only four months. Now we are stuck with our earlier selection of rest of the items and no compensation is being offered by them and their staff is contradicting their own statements and continue to lie to us.
They are clearly cheating their clients by miscommiting. More so, they have now moved many of their builders range to the upgrade collection in just 4 months time. I would never recommend it to anyone. Please save your hard earned money from going into the drain. Highly dissapointed with their handling of clients and orders.

Please be aware of their tiling in bathrooms area or wet area make sure they are using proper way or steps for waterproofing if possible take pictures of their work.shower with tile ne careful about level and cutting of tiles. Chips they left not using proper tools doing in rush and showing less experience 1 out 10 points in helping customers of their problems and queries on phone and in office. I think all these guys busy with selling not taking care of reputation of work.

Waited 3 days for them to come and do a ten minute fix. If you knew it was a quick fix come and do it and get it over and done with, very frustrating
