My 6yo son had the privilege of seeing Rachael for 8 months and the progress he made was just amazing. He is now more settled, happy and confident, and it has completely transformed our family life and home. After his first session of Art Therapy he told me he loved going to see Rachael and when can he go back! He never ever viewed his sessions as therapy, always a safe space for him to be himself and spend some time with his friend Rachael. I highly recommend BlueSkies as an essential service to keep in your toolkit to support your kids to be the best version of themselves.
Our experience at BlueSkies Counselling was invaluable. Melissa is so kind and welcoming and made such a wonderful connection with our son, which allowed him to express himself freely and make wonderful progress. My son and I have gained so much from our sessions and had lots of fun doing so!
