Bluebird Early Education Clyde North

Hi, I am Iqbal kour and my son is going to blue bird he enjoyed a lot there all educators are amazing specially miss Kristen and mr Zachary, both too good, there is really good educational environment, my son started 4 year kindergarten also there, he learned a lot, every morning when he wake up, he is excited to go blue bird I am too glad for this. I will highly recommended everyone for blue bird, there is no doubt environment is fabulous

The educators and centre management go above and beyond for all families and children. I have had only positive experiences at this centre. All the staff are supportive and happy to help with any needs of the children and families. I am glad this was a location I chose to send my son, after a long wait. Special thanks to miss Iqbal, miss mary, miss Sam and all the educators in the room.

We absolutely love having our son at this daycare! The staff are amazing and very attentive to anything our son needs. It’s been wonderful over the past year having him in the bottlebrush room. We can’t wait for our daughter to start here and be cared for the same way her brother has. Thank you so much to all the staff you’re doing great.

This centre is divine and the Assistant centre manager Zach was so lovely and always polite.

This child care very good.and considering the communication problems that my son had, his teacher parveena and soryia helped him, and fortunately, he is much better now, and the office staff are very polite and always solve problems with the help of parents.

Our daughter has been at the centre for 6 months now, starting at just 5 months old. Rachel, Sakshi and Liz in the Banksia room have gone above and beyond when caring for her and we are beyond grateful. Shout out to Kristin and Zack too - forever flexible and attentive!

I’m so happy to send my son to Blue Bird, and specifically thankful to Waratah team for their hard work towards kids. Clean, happy and peaceful environment is really welcoming and appreciate the programs you hold day by day to develop children’s skills in every way. I really love to see the photos you upload in the app to see how my son is engaging with activities ️ I highly recommend this institute specially Blue Bird Kinder program ️️

Visited the service recently and Bluebird Clyde North is continually impressive. My little sister came through for a tour and the educators feel like old friends! The highlight was going home with a couple eggs from their chickens, breakfast sorted!

Great service, supportive management team, and warm & friendly staff. Lots of incursion for the children and events for the families. My child is happy and learnt so much!

Can not recommend bluebird Clyde north enough, especially the grevillea team lead by Taylah. We had tried another centre which my daughter wouldn’t settle at but the educators at bluebird have been so patient with her. She is now excited to go to childcare and adores the outside play area!

Bluebird Early Education Clyde North has one of the best facilities to cater for the children’s individual needs. The management (Kristen and Zachery) are very supportive and friendly. Also the staff are amazing. Home away from home.

It’s been two months since I joined and my manager Christin and Zack was amazing. They are very supportive and understanding. I’m glad to be a part of Bluebird Clyde North childcare centre.

Our now two year old son started at Bluebird clyde north in early December and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The facility is always clean with welcoming and understanding staff. I can be a worrier at times, but I can comfortably say that the staff have given me the peace of mind I needed. The staff genuinely care about the children (shout out to all staff, special mention Kristin, Zac, Ravneet, Taylah)

But most importantly, our son loves going to Bluebird. He gets really excited about going to see his friends and he is very comfortable with his educators. He also gets excited about all the activities they have each day. Oh and he loves the food!

Our son’s vocabulary was very limited when he first started at bluebird. And now… after only 3 months (that’s not counting Xmas breaks and days off) our son is using verbal cues to communicate with us. (big shout out to Ravneet, thank you so much)

Our experience has truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you thank you. Our little man is truly happy there and he is thriving

These guys are great! Can happily leave my child with them, and feel assured that they’re safe and cared for.

Today was my sons second day at Bluebird and I want to say a huge thank you to Miss Sakshi and Mr Zach for helping my son settle into the environment so well and starting to build bonds. I also want to say a huge thank you to the Bottlebrush studio educators for helping this transition be so easy for us. Kameron loves coming to Bluebird.

Last year, I visited Bluebird, Clyde North. I was greeted by a team member called Kristin. Kristin showed me everything Bluebird had to offer my young child. I was pleasantly surprised at the well set up rooms, other friendly staff and free coffee for parents! Thank you Kristin for answering my many questions, and restoring my faith in Early Education. 10/10 would recommend.

My two children aged 8 months and almost 5 years old, commenced care at Blue birds Clyde North in late December 2022. The whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. Zach, Kristen and Nathan are always warm, friendly and welcoming when you first enter the reception. My sons educators- Rachael, Sakshi and Liz are truly wonderful, caring and nurturing. My daughters teachers Supa and Mikayla are amazing with their wonderful experiences in the kinder room.
We are so happy with our decision to move our children's care to this service.

Amazing! My 2 youngest nieces have recently started attending Bluebird Early Education and they have been thriving! Being the one to pick then up a few days a week it's been amazing to see them socialising and enjoying themselves!

I was really looking forward to my son attending day care full time at Blue Bird, Clyde North. I had completed all my paper work in August and my son was to start daycare in November. When I contacted them again for the confirmation of orientation I was told that Blue Bird day care services would only be available for 4 days for the week as there was no vacancy. This was less that 3 weeks of my child’s start date. What would have happened if I had not contacted them for confirming the day of the orientation. Their lack of communication is concerning. I work full time and so does my husband. Where do we find a day care that has 1 day of vacancy in such a short time frame. I personally went to the centre to see if they could work out something but to my utter disappointment the new centre manager was totally unapologetic and said he can’t do anything about it. His cold attitude and complete lack of empathy made me wonder why is he even working there. Although the teachers are awesome, this one person’s attitude was enough to change our minds. We decided not to go with Blue Bird and went to another day care where he was happily accepted. For us to reach where we are today we have attended at least 5 to 6 day care tours and made innumerable phone calls, not to mention the stress and panic that we experienced. All Blue Bird had to do was tell us in advance that they had no vacancy for one day, if the new centre manager had been a little empathetic and apologetic I wouldn’t be posting this review.

Not impress with service and care, taking above the market price, in the name of care giving harassment to family. Asking for clearance certificate for runny nose, and asking to collect kids even no fever. Lazy educators and bad management. CHILD CARE SHOULD SUPPORT WORKING PARENTS, not happy with service. There are so many better options in clyde, don't waste time and money.
