Unreasonably priced dry cleaner. Cost for cleaning a jacket was $36, which is $10-$16 more than other dry cleaners in the area.

I have been using Blue Star's services for dry cleaning now for 2 years. Friendly people and always happy to help where they can.

I live opposite a dry cleaners. I drive 5km (on Centre Road.) to go here instead.

Tip: get them to arrange your alterations; cheaper and all done with one drop off.

I am really disappointed that I chosen your services! This is my worst experience ever related to dry cleaners. Ruined the coat and said - this is wrong label? ! - Good job! I do not think that the problem is in a premium class Italian brand, which my family has been wearing for a long time and using dry cleaner services. But I definitely sure someone is insufficiently qualified and competent.

Yes, it's true. Melbourne luxury fashion businesses have been using and recommending Blue Star for more than 15 years. From the outside and when you walk in, it looks just like a regular dry cleaning business in the suburbs. But at the end of the day it's all about how they treat customers and ultimately how they look after the product.

Blue Star is a little gem. Wish there was a Simon and Jenny from Blue Star at the end of my street.

It was right on closing time during holiday season when I found this place, I called them to let them know I was coming and they stayed open after closing time until u got there.

Fine suits there is no better dry cleaners than this store, and no wonder when you have Zegna, Harrods etc not only recommend Blue Star but swear by them. 1st time i have been happy with dry cleaning of my ties and suits you simply can't do better.

The worst service ever! U call that "iron"? Use high temperature for a wool&silk suit?

Zegna recommended this place, so off I went. My Burberry coat went too and came out CLEAN at cuffs and seams. Never had a dry cleaner been able to take care of it so well. Worth the trip.
