I had two windows with broken and foggy glass panes and everyone I asked wanted to talk me into replacing the entire windows.they got it replaced my patio door screens at the same time. And noticed my door was sticking and fixed that as well and didn't even charge me anything. They are honest, super nice, and very polite.it was a pleasure to deal with.

Don't do it! Shocking customer service!

I had blue sky windows install my windows 4 years ago and have regretted ever since. Most recent issue is a malfunctioning locking mechanism that is under warranty. I have been repeatedly asking the company to come a fix for 4 months and am still waiting. 4 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO LOCK YOUR WINDOW!

Windows are expensive and once these guys have your money they stop caring about you. Please shop elsewhere.

Update: a techniton came to repair windows after 6 Months.

A family business that is very easy to work with. The pricing, product and service was excellent. They took a lot of care to ensure I understood all the options and were dedicated to following through on everything. I have an old fashioned house and the uPVC windows are a dream! No painting ever again; they open beautifully; and do not look 'tacky' or 'plastic' in an old home. This winter I noticed the difference they made in keeping the heating in. I was delighted with Blue Sky Windows.

Living on the top floor (3 levels) of an inner city Melbourne apartment, it was always going to be difficult replacing the rotting timber windows.

I shopped around and did price comparisons on Aluminium - single and double glazed options as well as uPVC. Having travelled through Europe and the UK, I knew how good uPVC would be but was worried about the price of them. I discovered that Blue Sky WIndows were slightly more expensive than single glazed Aluminium windows and was well worth the additional money (the cost for double glazed uPVC windows were pretty much on par with double glazed Aluminium)!

The existing windows were carefully removed from the inside and the new windows installed over a few days. The process was smooth and efficient and the installers were professional and experienced.

Now that the windows are installed, we absolutely love them. Vicky included Low-E toughened glass for us and you can already feel the difference in temperature - the place is a lot cooler! The tilt and turn function of the windows are amazing and very easy to use. They are really easy to clean too.

Our neighbours love them too! We have no hesitation in recommending Blue Sky! And a huge thank you to Vicky - not only was she pleasant and efficient to deal with, she sold us the idea of the tilt and turn technology and we are so thankful she did!

For all those who are thinking about upgrading and getting new windows and doors for your home, or if building a new home and requiring these items. A word of advice.
Whatever you may think or decide stay away from the following business BLUE SKY WINDOWS for your own benefit and peace of mind. This company is hell itself and I do not wish to see anybody suffer or go through the same problems that I have experienced.

In all my dealings with the business world, this business and the people who run it are the worst I have ever encountered. They are rude, arrogant and totally disrespectful to their clients. Once they have your money they do not have one care about you or their work.

Their samples they supply are excellent and very convincing, but the moment they have your signature, you're at their mercy and they tread all over you. Their workmanship is such poor quality. Frames, doors and handles, everything you expect from the company - was installed with scratches, dents and markings. I'm not talking just one tiny little scratch here or there, but every single window frame was damaged with multiple scratches (10+ per frame) clearly visible to the naked eye.

Then there was talks of contracts, and a 15 year warranty which I was told they would bring me when the work began, - and after I signed their little paper/disclaimer I saw no further paperwork materialise as promised. The whole business is a total fraud to what is offered compared to what you eventually receive. I was caught out, so please take note and do not get caught out as I did. I highly recommend that you do not even bother researching this business, but avoid it like the plague and scourge that it is. Do yourself a favour immediately and search out other business's immediately... I wish I had!
