Very generous wine tasting and staff are friendly. Their Shiraz is reasonable price and food is good. Their outdoor setting is very pretty. I really enjoy this winery and highly recommend.:)

Awful experience at the winery today, the male attendant running the wine tastings offered ZERO explanation of any of the wines, no order or method to the tasting and had an unfriendly poor attitude in general. Despite many tables and plentiful space they were only capable of doing three tastings at a time! There was an hour wait on food and despite advertising a cheese or food platter to accompany a wine tasting they were unable to offer this service! Wont be recommending or coming back!

I am most impressed by Blue Pyrenees Estate. Recently, as a wine club member, I was hand-delivered a pack of old vintage wines in recognition of my birthday. This was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended for its quality wines and personable service.

Just had the most enjoyable lunch today at Blue Pyrenees Winery.
Linda the cellar door manager is friendly, knowledgeable and makes the best platters.
Sitting outside, under the verandah, listening to the cicadas, looking at the gum trees and blue sky together with the the delicious, generous platter and lovely wines, great desserts and coffee made for a great day. It’s your choice to dine outside, or inside in air conditioned comfort.
From bubbles, reds, rose’, and whites Blue Pyrenees Wines and Cellar Door Platters are the best.
Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been.

Marvelous food accompanied by supurb wines. Particularly fond of the sparkling Shiraz on a warm day.

The wine and the food are exceptional. Whether you are a red, white or sparkling fan. It's all very very good.
The share platter for two is always great and changes with the season.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Enjoy a day out in the Avoca area.

We found a forgotten bottle of Blue Pyrenees 1998 Estate Reserve Cab Shiraz Merlot in our sanctum.
We opened it with some trepidation but it has given us one of the best experiences of our wine drinking lives.
Absolutely superb.
Unfortunately it looks like it may the last survivor.
Well done Blue Pyrenees.

Thanks to table server, Leonie, our day for adventure paid off handsomely! First, an exotic and filling platter for two, teamed with crisp white wines, barista coffees AND a personalized mudmap for the scenic route home! WHAT A GREAT DAY.in the atmospheric Pyrenees!

We stopped in for a wine tasting and had a really nice time enjoying the many different wines and chatting to the friendly staff. The playlist on Saturday afternoon was excellent too! I'll definitely return in the future and hopefully try one of the famous platters.
