8Very well run Lifestyle Village it's safe and people there are very friendly the location is great it's only a few minutes from Fountain Gate Shopping Centre and close to Narre Warren!
This place is terrible run by Managers who run it like a Concentration camp. So very rude Dont do anything and evade your privacy when you have to give 24 Hours notice to the Resident that you are coming to see them stated in the Rules and Regulations.
Great place for a view of the road with the other side of the road with a new place for the night and for their lunch and dinner for the first place we get to go for the food order and then your order number for your food bank can get yourself some great help for
This place has new owners and managers it is now a very well run park great staff and very clean amenities lady at office is very helpful and polite
Nice place, just the office lady needs to work on her customer service an not come across as rudely to people making enquiries. I understand she has a business to run an wants to keep the as she said her older long-term residents happy so doesn't have any tolerance to the short-termers but the way it came across was that every little thing was bang 'your gone, no money back' like they would find any small thing to just boot you to keep the money instead cos she simply could. My advice work on your people skills an don't talk down to someone needing a short-term just cos they seem younger.
Terrible service. They keep moving people around, changing spots, even (semi-) permanent residents. Never been threated like that and have been traveling a lot! The managers bully the ones they don't like hoping they will leave. Sad!
All staff are friendly and helpful the grounds are kept at a high standard bus stop out the front the bird life is spectacular with black cockatoos with a red crest my health has improved so much a peaceful place yet so much to do
A lovely peaceful and professionally run park. As a semi permanent resident it was wonderful to come home to the quiet and well maintained surrounds. The staff are very welcoming, courteous, friendly and professional in all matters. Highly recommend.
