They seemed like a great company to work with, therefore I applied for a job here. Upon being shortlisted, i was called to the office for an interview with 2 other people. One of them was late for the meeting and did not apologize, instead he kept on bringing silly hurdles during the interview, but they later invite me of another round online with the client that I will be working with, at this point i knew they just wanted to grill me with stupid questions that were not clear with an aim to get a good ego boost and feel good about their low-self esteem. 2 days later when i approached the 1st interviewer, he did not pick up my calls or replied to my email. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and rude. The least they could do was call me and let me know, for I live on the other side of the city and drove all the way 45mins and wasted my fuel and time for these unprofessional egomaniacs. I am glad that I don't use their service or work for them. I missed a bullet, really.

Highly recommend - Ricky and the repairs team (Rhodri and Max) know their stuff and are extremely helpful and customer service driven. I had an issue with my Lenovo laptop and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it and gave me some recommendations to ensure it doesn't happen again. Shelley on Reception is lovely and has lollies.

Amazing service provided by Natalie, Michael and the team during COVID lock down. I explained my urgency in buying a printer to Natalie over the phone and she asked me to contact Michael when I am ready to place an order.
She provided exact details and also passed on all the information about the deal to Michael before hand.
Amazing delivery time provided by Michael. Sabrina provided excellent updates throughout the process.
