Dry clean my jacket and when I got it back, it looks like this.
All the detergent are inside the jacket and smells bad

If you want your clothes to be damaged, i highly recommend this place. Brought in a white dress shirt to be dry cleaned to remove a stain, simple. The stain wasn’t removed properly, and the shirt came back with a ripped collar. You really do get what you pay for with this place. They take absolutely no care in your garments at all, such a disgrace. I thought the business would improve after the negative reviews. I’ve never been more wrong in my life. Go to Dandenong Laundry & Dry Cleaners. They are a world of a difference compared to this place. Never again.

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. I gave a $500 suit for cleaning and they did not clean anything. Both stains on pants, which were much worst after they “cleaned” it as they merely smudged it. They suit also does not smell washed at all.
We complained and all they said is next time they will do a free service. Which we don’t want as we will never go there again.
Waste of money.

Would much rather take the extra 5 minute drive to Princess Hyw Laundry Matt. Owner very rude, blunt and abrupt.
I was nothing but polite and very apologetic when I had made a simple mistake in what machine I was using.

Dry cleaned my suit. Lost my tie to wrong customer. Wrong customer claims they don't have it. Refunded the dry cleaning charge $7 and paid compensation of $40 for loss of my $69 tie.

Really bad experience.used 6kg washer and the clothes came out wet with detergent on them.half of the machines had problems in them.when drying doors of the dryer are broken too.

This is best drycleaners. Management always take care and look after the customers. Also prices are so cheap.

Ruined my partners jacket which we told them beforehand that it had a faux fur hood, picked the jacket up and the hood was all burnt, complained to them they just said oh well not our fault! $400 jacket wasted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

took a jacket here to be cleaned as it has a “had” a faux fur rim hood and tag says dry clean only, even spoke to the lady on the counter and pointed out the fur and asked for it not to be put in a dryer, picked it up this morning and it is completely ruined, called them up and asked them and the first thing they said was that it goes through a machine and they are not responsible, apparently staff at this place can’t read labels or follow simple instructions, 400 dollar coat ruined, NOT HAPPY

My backet got stolen from this place tonight
And clothes were inside and the laundry shuts
Really frustrating
No helpline or emergency number to call
Will never go again

Was quoted $22 over the phone for 4 garments to be dry cleaned. I was clear over the phone that it was a shirt, jacket, pair of trousers and a tie.

The gentleman advised over the phone it would be $22 for the 4 items.

I repeated and clarified the items and amount being 4. He advised yes this will be $22.

I sent my partner down to drop off the items, upon dropping off the items he advised the total will be $29. My partner advised the gentleman that he quoted $22 for the 4 items. The owner then advised I would never quote that and it was additional for the tie.

My partner came down from Endeavour Hills to drop off the items. I refused there service and when I queried the misrepresentation the owner stated “I never would quote that for 4”.

Shady business and I highly advise ACCC to review there pricing and quoting as they attempted to coerce business by forcing my partner to have to put up with it and pay the difference as she was already there, she also noted the customer in front of her had the same issue and simply agreed out of convenience.

Zero stars would be more applicable.

I like this place. Good management clean regularly and take care about cleaning the shop. PRICE IS REALLY CHEAP ALL MACHINE WORK REGULARLY AND ALL IN GOOD maintenance
