Our son has been supported by Blossom's team for a couple of years now. They are a big group but everyone we've dealt with has shown us care and understanding. Our son's NDIS care wouldn't be anywhere near the level it is without their support and knowledge. It's great to have them in our corner.

The staff at Blossom are incredibly friendly and welcoming! What really stands out to me is their commitment to inclusivity. Blossom offer a wide range of activities that cater to people of all abilities, making sure that everyone feels included and valued. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Blossom. Blossom has provide the best daily living support for my child for 2 years now, my child had no Therapy can find in this area, and this company take him as a high property, found him OT and speech all in very short time, They seek the suitable worker for my child. The Coordinator is not a person, its a team, every time I call office, just tell them my child name, they helps me, I can't say anymore about this company, they have no idea how much has changed my child and our family life.

The support, advice and commitment that Blossom provides is beyond exceptional. No matter when we need them, they are always there to help. There were many instances when they have provided support and sorted out issues late in the night as well. All of Blossom staff starting from the leadership team go above and beyond to support. They are very kind hearted, truly understand and value their clients. They have a range of innovative programs to keep us fit, have fun, learn different things like music, dance and art, organise fun trips. They are very updated and proactively manage legislation changes, funding criteria and case management. Definitely recommend them!

I've been using Blossom for daily activities and have been extremely happy with the services provided. The staff are friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable.

Mak and the team at Blossom have done a fantastic job for my kids. We can't believe how good their shcool holiday programs have been. The activities are creative and engaging.

The Support Coordinators at Blossom are really easy to deal with and responsive. I've dealt with many providers before and not one of them had a great team like Blossom.

Most days we were sent new support workers with no warning. Support coordinator changed every few weeks and rarely returned contact. On day trip organised by Blossom a bus load of people, some with physical disabilities had to eat in a car park with no seating in the summer sun, supplied food did not take into account pre advised allergies. When we moved to another company due to Blossoms constant failures Mak pulled a contract clause stopping any community support personnel (eg OTs, physios etc) from still being allowed to work with us even though they weren't directly employed by blossom

I find Blossom Community Care to be the best service provider for NDIS. All my needs are met and they are super helpful with any queries or questions I have. They also are super organised with any services that I require. Thank you so much to Mak and the team at Blossom that make my life and every day living much easier.

As a person who is on the NDIS, The owner of such establishment is by far the best Plan Manager I've had he has helped me obtain my goals that I have wanted to reach and he has helped me as a person on a personal level and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Blossom have gone above & beyond with their management of my son's NDIS plan. The owner of Blossom (Mak) has been instrumental in helping my son getting his life back on track.

After working for this company for some time now and seeing first hand how they treat their employees and in some cases their clients, I do not recommend this company at all. They are only in it for the money.
