Average service and lazy staff. They had no idea about their own system and it took a lot longer to collect a script from an empty store. Everything seemed too much effort.

Excellent service and amazing staff.
Pharmacists have excellent knowledge in there special skills.
They were very helpful and friendly.

Aged care changed pharmacy and required to sign mandatory debit form. My father passed 30th November. They first charged bill incorrectly. Once I contacted them they fixed the bill and agreed that I will pay them and will close the account and stop direct debit. They still deducted the full amount that they had already been paid and despite 10 emails and 5 phone calls and agreeing to refund the money. It’s now 2nd March and I am still waiting for a refund. Be aware if you have family in aged care. They bill and deduct money incorrectly. They prey on aged care who are sick and vulnerable. BE AWARE. Check your bills and your direct debits.

Friendly Staff, Great service. Very Knowledgeable pharmacists. I was prescribed the wrong dose for my 3 year old and luckily the pharmacist picked up on a mistake the doctor had made and we avoided a potential disaster! I'm forever grateful for her care and attention to detail.

Always friendly and go out of their way to help any queries re medications and Daniella is so cheerful at the counter. Home deliveries in this Covid time is also a great service.

In these covid safe times I believe that staff members should be wearing masks that cover both the mouth AND nose. Having a staff member with their nose outside of the mask puts the community at risk and also sets a bad example to customers, most of whom are elderly.

Amazing customer service by all staff that care about their customers needs, made the switch from chemist warehouse and will continue to support my local chemist from now on.

My elderly mother has her medications supplied by this chemist as they have taken over the contract for the age care facility where mum lives. When they took over her meds suddenly became twice as expensive so I followed up. They continued dispensing and charging for medication while she was in hospital (6 weeks), their bills had items without descriptions that when I investigated turned out to be medications charged at the top brand price, where previously those same medications had been PBS and chemist own at minimal cost. I have been very upset with previous practices but things are getting better and past issues have now been resolved. Just please CHECK YOUR BILL!

One of the pharmacists is borderline rude and not customer oriented. Some meds are past expiry date.
