Blooms The Chemist Ballarat North

This pharmacy has been run by previous franchises, Terry White, David Collins & Keith Clay worth, we have gone there for our medications for the past 30-40 yrs, but now under Blooms, they are absolutely rude & disgusting, not going back again.

Have been a customer of this Pharmacy for many years 18+. I was a customer while it was named David Colins Pharmacy and also Terry White Chemart. Since Blooms have taken over the service has dramatically gone downhill and the Pharmacists are very rude and unprofessional. I went to collect my medication I had ordered over the phone, yes it was closing time but the Pharmacist refused to serve me and told me to come back in the morning. I had been without these medications today and now I'm without them again tomorrow morning which I explained to the Pharmacist, but they simply didn't care. My business with this chemist has now ceased.

Sure, it's semi friendly but so is Chemist Warehouse. My regular meds cost $16 here, but they cost $8 at Chemist Warehouse. If someone from the chemist can help me understand this, then feel free. Otherwise, you definitely won't see me again. Edit. I just called them and magically they have a price match guarantee. Sounds like they try to charge you what they can get away with to see if it works. Edit. I've now had my partial refund, the owner was very nice. Just make sure that you know there's a price guarantee.

Since changing to blooms, they do not answer their phone, had to wait hr for a script, had to wait I. Line for ages. The staff are runoff their great as there are only 2staff.
