I was really happy with the excellent service provided by Janet. Her customer service was exemplary. Above and beyond my expectations. Thanks heaps Blooms.

There is a chemist located in a town that is known for its cleanliness and organization. The staff at this chemist are also known for being helpful and friendly. A special thanks goes out to Janet and her team for their assistance in retrieving a membership number, even at the last minute. Additionally, parking is available off the street for convenience.

Who knew you could enjoy a trip to the pharmacy! Janet and Mifany were absolute treasures.

Disappointed, I have tonsillitis and need to pick up a script. Online it says they close at 4pm, on the door it says they close at 2pm. Arrived at 1: 15pm and the doors are locked and the lights are off. No other chemists are open today.

Always met by a friendly face, and super quick service. Steff has been especially helpful today.

Didn't have the medication on my script and wouldn't fill with a similar product without speaking to a Dr. Suggestion was to go to Ballarat if I needed it urgently. In response to your response - I wouldn't have been able to get it in Ballarat either if there's a shortage everywhere. It would've been helpful to know about that shortage at the time.

My husband and I took a drive to Daylesford. We called in to the chemist to have our scripts filled.while in there we decided to purchase a few Xmas presents. We were greeted by a lovely staff member Janet smith who showed such amazing customer service to us! What an absolute pleasure meeting such a lovely lady. Definitely will call in here again on our next Daylesford adventure.

During incredibly challenging times, the staff are amazing. I went in to ask when rapid tests might possibly be available next, apologising for even asking because I’m sure they’ve had to frustratingly answer the same question over and over, and I was responded to so kindly. Staff show such great care for our local community. Lisa is an angel and very helpful. So glad we have such a great local chemist!

I haven't needed to pop into the chemist very much lately but when I did, I have always been greeted by the lovely staff in such a professional and efficient manner. Also, a lady by the name of Lisa was so helpful and she guided me with so much enthusiasm, I thought she was one of the owners. Lol. Keep up the good work guys.

This pharmacy has been placed under much pressure throughout this Pandemic and still they all smile, take it in their stride and serve the community to the highest of standards.
It is frontline work and I for one appreciate their professionalism, dedication, bravery and communication in these times of uncertainty.

I came from Melbourne to stay in Daylesford for three days, I had an issue with my medication, the Pharmacist (Andrew) at this Chemist was absolutely amazing and so helpful and thoughtful, he helped me with my difficult situation in a very professional manner. Thank you so much Andrew.

I want to personally thank the staff at Blooms for supporting myself and the general community during the pandemic. Everytime I go in I get greeted by Lisa, the retail Manager who always has the biggest smile and goes out of her way to get me whatever I need.

I recently had a booster on the day they had to close due to staff becoming positive with covid and Lisa immediately posted an update to let us all know to get tested and closing/opening hours.

During a time when so many people are stressed or lacking in manners, Lisa is calm, upbeat, cheerful and the kind of person that give country living a good name.

Well done Lisa and the team.we are lucky we have you.
