Jovanna was super helpful and kind. 10/10 service and I will definitely be coming back for future scripts and purchases.

I spoke with Emmy and she was incredibly lovely to me after I was chasing a certain medicine and had bad experiences with all other chemists around me, even though she didn’t have it in stock she was so lovely and didn’t make me feel like a burden. Thank you for being so lovely

I got my flu and Covid jab from Aliesha, she was so wonderful and caring, she could tell I was a little nervous to get them done because I am not a fan of needles, but she made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t even feel either of them going in, definitely a lady that knows what she is doing, I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have just been to pick up some medication from Blooms and they gave me there own brand, and it cost me $10.00 more than a brand name medication at Chemist Warehouse, that's ridiculous, i can understand a couple of dollars, but $10.00, I'm not happy.
It's worth shopping around.

I am personally somewhat challenged by today’s technology however my wife’s only grievance is the light grey items on the app being unable to order from nor see numbers of repeats left.
After stating this to a staff member today, not 20 mins later I received a call from an Alysha asking if I could please bring in my wife’s iPad to rectify and sync with the Blooms system on my next visit.
Just another huge restoring my faith in customer service going above and beyond the call of duty.
In today’s society people are so quick to complain so I thought it only appropriate to mention the newest addition to the Casey Central team and pay it forward;
Joel, whom I’ve dealt with at a chain group of pharmacies which I choose not to name
Is an absolute asset to the team,
His patience, demeanour, knowledge and all round personality makes him a perfect fit for what I call an already well oiled machine.
To sum up my experience every visit
Is with out a shadow of a doubt a first class service.

Had a phone consult with Nadia naturopath due to testing positive to Covid. She was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me an elixir to help. Not even 24 hours later I feel really good. Highly recommend. Thank you Nadia. What a great job you do.

The staff and service at this chemist are exceptional. I have used this chemist before, but were recently overwhelmed with how good the service was in trying to locate a temporarily out of stock prescription. Aleisha was fantastic, both over the phone and in person within the store.
This chemist is several kilometres further than my usual chemist and my house, but after the service I was provided, I will definitely be back.

You won't believe the hassle I went through to get a document attested! I swear, I visited more chemists than I can count and all of them had the same excuse - "we're too busy".
But guess what? Today, while I was at Bloom Chemist at Casey Central, buying medicine during peak hours, the chemist not only verified but also attested my document with a smile!
I was so relieved and grateful. I really appreciate their community service. And let me tell you, Bloom Chemist is not just about good service, they also have some competitive prices. So, if you're looking for a reliable chemist, I highly recommend Bloom Chemist. Trust me, they won't disappoint you.

I had my influenza vaccine done here yesterday. The only issue I had was that the pharmacist who gave me the flu vaccine did not sanitise his hands before giving me vaccine nor did he clean the skin with an alcohol swab prior to the injection. They need to go over the national hand hygiene policy. The service was fast though.

Aliesha was amazing! I’m terrible with needles but she made the whole experience easy and comfortable, great work x

The best chemist. Pretty much wont go anywhere else. Today Avi helped me and was so helpful and full of information. I felt comfortable explaining my issues and got lot's of assistance.

I've been seeing Kathy at the Narre Warren store. I purchased a new CPAP machine and she has been great with advice and follow up. She really goes the extra mile. Very glad I now know where to go for more help. I feel much better.

Amazing experience and care from Nadia the naturopath. Not only the most knowledgeable naturopath I’ve seen but most caring and compassionate with tailored treatments and the results are amazing!
