The male pharmacist very Unprofessional, no humanity and full of attitude. I went to certified identity document but he refused, clearly ignored me.while I was the only customer in front of him. I requested and he said not now I have no time. Need to learn customer service from chemist warehouse even if busy environment they still help.worst pharmacist I have ever seen.

I can't speak highly enough of this chemist. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, particularly Suki was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the shop feeling confident in the service I received

Second time coming here, first time i was browsing products and when I requested help the lady who was helping me spoke quite loudly so others could hear what I was looking for.
I come in yesterday and wanted to get a script filled for my 5 year old daughter, the pharmacist kept assuming it was for me despite the fact I told her time and time again, it’s for a 5 year old.
Definitely won’t be coming back here again!

The customer service i recieved from Suki and Emma outstanding, they helped me find what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the way they were chatting with me and they made me laugh. Keep up the great customer service girls.

The rudest staff in Casey. Avoid this place. It's not like there's a lack of far better alternatives.

Found some staff to be untrustworthy, no integrity. Said would do something then back peddled. Left me in a very stressful situation.

Not professional and no humanity

I buy products for my new first granddaughter, l asked for help to choose the products and the personnel was amazing helpful, then they give me a gift for my daughter a bag full of goods and for me they give me a gift too a hens soap and a cream that smells amazing. Thank you so much for your help and for the gifts. ️

Called the the see if they have a item I need due to being on crutches and can not walk.left on hold with no coming back to answer my call for over 10mins. Then they just hang up. Great customer service NOT

Don’t waste your time visiting this store. The store manager Jamie has so much attitude and is very rude. No compassion or empathy just wants to rip people off.

The team are always awesome here, but the staff working today especially were very helpful. I came in looking for some essential oils, and even though it was busy I still felt like I was given personalised service. Thank you!

Blooms chemist cranbourne is a great place to shop. The help l received to organise my mums Xmas gift.just gave Jamie a list and it was done best service ever.don't shop anywhere else they have great gifts for Xmas

I wish I could give 0 stars review. I was the only customer inside and asked to certify some copies. The pharmacist was so busy that couldn’t even give me an explanation why she refused to do it.

We are new in Cranbourne and I was so happy when I discover this pharmacy since they have always a stock of pediasure which is really hard to find in any pharmacy. But on my 2nd visit in the store I was charged an item that I even didn't purchase, a puzzle worth $32.99? Was shocked when I checked my receipt when I reached home and I even did not see any puzzle in the store for sale. I came back and they refund it. I dont know what happened, technical issue maybe. So better check your receipt always.

My wife gives it 5 stars as they not only provided great customer service but a young man named Jamie went the extra mile and even put a sling on for her. Great stuff Jamie!

I live in NZ and phoned Blooms Cranbourne Park for assistance with a gift for my daughter's birthday, who lives nearby. Jamie the store manager was very helpful when I explained my situation as my daughter had a new baby boy and I was not able to be with her. The kindness & understanding was amazing, taking time to give me a choice of gifts, going the extra mile & considering payment option for me. Jamie also put in extra gifts, gift-wrapped & message and dropped off the gift to my daughter. I so appreciate the time and effort from Jamie and staff who made this moment so special for my family. Thankyou so much. I recommend this store to anyone to feel a valued customer.

Needed a blood pressure monitor. Jess was extremely thorough on explaining all of my options. Great friendly customer service every time. This is definitely our 'go to' chemist. Thanks

I went to this Chemist to get my electronic prescription filled and I asked for the generic brand. The male pharmacist said I couldn't get the generic brand & I had to buy the more expensive brand which cost $61. I refused to pay this because it's too expensive. He cancelled my prescription & I had to call my doctor for another prescription. The next day I went to Chemist Warehouse & bought the generic brand for $34. I saved $27. This Chemist is all about PROFIT. Stay clear of them.

Rude and incompetent short girl decides to draw a line through my scripts instead of actually helping me like a chemist should! Nothing but problems here. Avoid this chemist.

Charged twice the price for a prescription. Had to price match it. I shouldn't have to price match. And why are they marking it up by 100 percent? Rip off.
