8Very Highly Recommend! In my first appointment Karen was able to get straight to the core issues and put all the pieces together that I have been struggling do to while trying all different modalities in the past.
Karen’s heart meditation session was a very grounding, relaxing experience.
When I arrived I was feeling quite disconnected, ungrounded & with some blockages around my heart space.
Karen lead us through 2 beautiful meditations. She has a lovely calming voice & energy which ensured I left the session feeling much lighter & with great clarity around the simple things I could to tap back into my heart space with ease.
Heart / Dharma Meditation session was fabulous.
Great bunch of like-minded women, highly recommend.
