A shop in this day and age that will not exchange items bought online? Ridiculous antiquated business practice. Visited this shop after buying online and no assistance was available as the workers in store did not have the 'authority'. A phone call from the manager the next day also did not show any empathy. Yes, a company does not have to give a credit or refund for a change of size.but in this day and age of online shopping you would think in the case where trying it on is not possible some kind of exchange policy would exist.
However Bloch:
'No exchange or refund on sale items' is illegal, having a time limit (ie 14days) on exchanges and refunds is Illegal.
I would give zero star if I can, the staff who served us is just arrogant and cold like Elsa’s frozen castle! Will never be back again even we just live nearby!
Staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable drawing from their own experience as a dance teacher. Great range of dance shoes
Not sure if it is just the Bloch stores I have gone to, but the staff all always really helpful and friendly. Consistently great customer service and range.
Small store but all the essentials are available. May need to wait for shoe fitting help if it's a busy period (like after school)

This store has blown me away with helpful and friendly staff. I walked in their over 2 weeks ago looking to by my sister a pair of Chloe & Maud tap shoes and have since been back as I fell in live with their leggings. Needless to say I own 3 pairs of their leggings have 2 more on order. Love their products.
Bloch dance wear is nice and good quality but i find it quite pricey. Their sizes are small, too, so if you're above average height you might just fit into their M/L. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
Bought their ballet shoes which I soon swapped for MDM's which i find more comfy but the other stuff is great.
