Had such a amazing experience with Glam studio and will definitely be coming back with Connie and Anu they both are amazing in their own talent of Hair with Connie and Beauty with Anu and made me feel super comfortable and special, such a lovely Vibes with both of them intact if I had 1000% I could have given that to them.

I booked a blow wave and pre paid on the 6th of April for my 40th the following week. I received a text saying the hair stylist was unwell and that I would receive a call to rebook. I didn’t receive any calls or emails or even a refund even though I sent an email and left voice messages as well as replied to the original text message. To this day I still haven’t heard from them and it’s been 2 months and still no refund. Do not go here the customer service is terrible as I still haven’t gotten my money back.

This has to be the best hair salon in the area. Clean modern and above all totally professional. I must thank Jess for going above and beyond to style my hair at the last minute. Totally recommended, will definitely be returning.

This is not my normal salon, but I wanted to write a review because I was so happy with the service here! I came here to get an old weft removed, I was given an appointment easily even though it was so busy after lockdown. The girls knew exactly how to treat my hair so I left feeling great instead of depressed since my extensions were gone.
I don't know names sorry, but the owner was excellent and the lady with long dark hair cut my hair and blow dried it the best I've ever seen it it. I only decided to have a cut last minute but the lady happily did it even though I overheard that she hadn't had lunch and it was after 3pm.

Everyone was warm and friendly and they genuinely cared about my hair concerns and how to help. I really highly rate this place!

I have never been more disgusted and shocked by the way I was treated in this salon. The lack of customer service and consideration has left me feeling disappointed and frankly quite upset. I rarely treat myself to a blow wave so on this occasion I was looking forward to feeling pampered.
The lady that looked after me (who claimed to be the manager and owner) was so disinterested she left me at the basin without even communicating to me she had finished washing my hair. I asked for a bouncy big wave blow dry and instead I came out with a flat straight hair do which I could have done better myself. When I said I wasn’t overly happy with the finished look she said ‘well you can’t please everyone’. She then went on to call me names when I politely commented that it was not what I had asked for.
If you’re thinking of going here, do yourself a favour and stay clear. By far it was the worst experience I have ever had. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

In response to the salons response:
Perhaps you should read my review a little more thoroughly. I have been to many salons over the years as I have highlights and long hair so have to keep that maintained, I don’t however often go just for a blow wave. I had no problem paying the money as I had actually paid a deposit of $55 before I even turned up for my appointment. On the comment you made about my ‘dirty’ hair, I find this strange as the first thing the lady said to me was how clean my hair was so did I even need it washed.
The first thing my partner said to me when he picked me up was why my hair smelt burnt.
I can see how you’re offended but perhaps you should work on your blow wave and customer service skills before you start throwing out insults to paying customers.

Every time I’ve come to blo bar I’ve loved my hair and the customer service. I had never coloured my hair in my life before coming to blo bar and made sure the girls knew that I was nervous. They assured me they understood and made me so comfortable. I’ve now had it coloured a second time and couldn’t be happier! My go to Salon
