We're fast approaching the 1 year mark of being in our forever home, and what a journey it was! We are so grateful to have had a great builder with a wonderful team behind him to build our dream house!

Brendan's very down to earth approach made the whole experience very stress free and easy. We approached BLJ Builders to build a customed designed Victorian Gabled Style Period Home, based on our own design, at LOCHINVAR, Hewlett's Road, Lockwood South.

Brendan made us very welcome and straight away his experience in the Building trade guided us in making the decision to let him build our forever Home without any hesitation whatsoever. Just a very genuine, friendly and honest person, with excellent building knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Residing in Mildura throughout the build period, we required a builder we could connect with and trust. Brendan proved to be the right choice. Spending half a day with myself and my wife Marilyn, Brendan showed us many examples of his work. He quickly built our confidence in his work and the style and quality of what we were looking for. We both felt at ease with Brendan who had instilled in us that we would have the flexibilty for changes along the way ensuring that the evolution of our new home was what we had planned. We can honestly say that, 'nothing was too much trouble' in our interactions with him throughout the whole project, which put us at ease of any concerns we may have had. Aged in our early 70's, building a new home 400 kilometres away was a pretty big deal (adventure!) for us. The end result was outstanding thanks to the great work of Brendan and the team he has built around him.
