I love the principles that Bliss use - i.e. Environmentally safe products and I needed a regular cleaner for my house as I have stage 4 breast cancer. After a lengthy conversation with a very friendly staff member, I waited to be contacted for further details. Unfortunately they never got back to me to arrange the cleaning and I went somewhere else.

Belinda is amazing, always professional. We have Belinda fortnightly and she is a god-send. Love our Belinda days! So nice to have a perfectly clean house. Thanks Bliss Home Care!

Do not ever work for them.
Very unorganized. Poor communication.
Have to always chase them to find out what is going on.and to top it off.they dont pay you.

Bliss Home Care Services provide me with a weekly clean. I am extremely happy with the service, my cleaner is friendly and trustworthy. I have never had any communication issues with my cleaner or the business. Bliss have always been accommodating to any changes I have had to make to the schedule. My home is sparkly clean and tidy. Have been customers of this business and had 3 cleaners within a year. The problem is communication, from start to finish the communication is poor! They have all of these pro- formas in place and they don't use them. Every week you will need to explain what requires doing! Can clean will give them that but an organization is a nightmare and it'll be your fault because their business problems are yours

Terrible experience. Cleaning was done well, but careless in application, moving furniture and items around the property which permanently marked brand new surfaces in a new apartment. After inspection by business owners, no responsibility would be taken even though it was obvious their staff had made the damage. Would not recommend their service.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Bliss Home Care. They were super organised and cleaned our apartment for our overseas move with great attention to detail and care. Our house was pretty old and run down and they really did a great job with how dilapidated things were. We passed our bond inspection with flying colours and were just so appreciative to the team for their help in getting the cleaning done. Communication was top notch and kept us in the loop about when things would be finished up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bliss Home Care for any cleaning requirements you have!

We hired Bliss Home Care for a move out clean for our property. Have to say that they've done a wonderful job. Really exceeded my expectation and most importantly we got our bond back! Definitely go with these guys!

Bliss offer a great cleaning service. Feria is always on hand to answer any questions and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our clean - even supplying a replacment vac when ours broke! Our cleaner Dee is great and I always look forward to coming home on a Wednesday. Use these guys!

We HAD been customers of Bliss Home Care Services for years, receiving a fortnightly clean. Unfortunately, we decided to use them for a move out clean when we moved into our new house (where they currently don't service).

We agreed on 6 hours, to be notified if the clean would take longer. The clean took 8 hours, however we were not notified at all. The clean was sub-standard. Apparently that was our fault because the house was dirty, which is ironic since they had been cleaning it fortnightly for years. We will need to spend time cleaning it to bring it up to scratch.

Even though we were very disappointed with the standard of the clean, we offered to pay the 6 hours we agreed to but that was unacceptable, even though that was the verbal contract we had.

I would not recommend anyone to use Bliss Home Care Services
