Blis Icecream

Too sweet and nothing special. And the employee has blonde hair and blue eyes, but doesn't speak English. I chose 2 scoops of ice cream in cappuccino and vanilla flavors, and was given vanilla + limoncello and vanilla + cappuccino. Provided very unfriendly and incomprehensible service.

Asked for 4 kids cones and should have been $14, ended up being charged for 4 x 1 scoops and charged $22, make sure that the staff understand basic English, what a rip off.

It is located in the right place near the beach and near restaurants. It is a perfect place to be.

Worst service.racist and inhumane. We asked if have have more options in chocolate and they were very arrogant and didn't even give answer.and they had this angry face.and no minimum patience.two boys and one girl were there we went at around 10: 30 pm October 8th. Staff talking about us right on our face. We hardly spent 1 min to decide which flavor we wanted nd they couldn't even wait. Very pushy and impatient and spoke very rudely

Worst customer service ever, feel bad for the owner. Was just trying to check if they had any of thr ice creams with macadamia in them, the guy just acted as if my accent was poor to make him understand what was I actually looking for. We also asked we they had any other choc flavours inside as thr was just one choc mousse (GF) available in chocolate flavour. None of them have responded to our question and they just started talking btwn themselves and laughing out in inappropriate way.

It is always good to have ice cream when at waterfront and this spot is conveniently located right opposite to waterfront.
They have a good variety of flavors and also have coffee and donuts.

The ice cream tasted alright, however pricey
Watch out for the holiday surcharge (. Yep holiday surcharge for an ice cream shop.)

Hair in ice cream there excuse was it was mine it was black and long im blonde and short hair will never go back over priced and didnt even want to take responsibility of the hair through the ice cream

Good ice cream. Had salted caramel on cone. Easy transaction as long as you know you flavours beforehand as it can get busy with queues on a hot summer day.

Few flavours to choose from compared to other stores but the taste is just amazing! All the flavours we chose were delicious and very friendly helpful staff.

Great place. Couldn’t believe the ice cream was that affordable. Much worth the money, a big time better than those you get from the vans. The kids tried the lollipop and snickers flavours. Boy they loved them.

Be aware that they use Bulla tub ice cream for the milkshake, not the ice cream in the display case.

Yeah, its not bad. Good location, close to the beach. Not the largest selection of flavours but has all the favourites.

Lovely staff and food, one particular gentleman cooks a splendid hot dog.

Keep up the great service to the Geelong and surrounding areas.

I guess I'm spoilt for good ice cream shops in Adelaide because I found the flavours here average and a very small selection to choose from.
The store is small and need a refresh in decor.
The young man who served me did not know who made the ice-cream, only that they bring it in from Melbourne.
Considering the farm areas around Geelong surely there is someone out there willing to grab the gorgeous milk that comes from the Great Ocean Road region and turn it into amazing locally made icecream.
I'm sure there is a lot of local produce around to also make great seasonal flavours. Jazz it up. Make it the place to be. Make it the place people travel miles to be seen at having a treat.
Taste. Average. Texture - AMAZING. LIGHT. SMOOTH.
Would I visit again - yes, next time I'm in Geelong in 12 months, in case they find out the ice cream is produced in Victoria and by whom.:)

Usually good service but I went to here last night and the girl with red hair and black glasses serving me was very rude. She was mopping the floor and I asked if the store was closed and she said no and continued mopping and I wasn’t sure if I could come in because the floor was wet. I left and came back and when she served me she was very blunt and didn’t have nice customer service, a bit disappointed.
