I booked in a week prior and no one showed up for the 20mins I was waiting (another customer booked and was waiting too), no one was available on the phone and I messaged and didn't get a response. Only received an email hours later saying I did not turn up to my appointment.

Although the service and facility was great on the day. They gave me shellac nails when I requested normal nail polish (mentioned both when online booking and when I arrived). Stuck with outgrown and chipped nails until I can get it properly removed
