First class materials, first class product and first class service. After significant research (including five quotations), I am extreme pleased with my decision to choose Sal and his team at Blinds & Designers for my plantation shutters, sheer curtains and roller blinds. I found their prices to be very competitive but with the highest standard of material. None of the competitors could offer Aus made shutters (PVC) at the same prices as overseas, with a 3 week wait for installation instead of 10-12 weeks. We were in a rush for our order that Sal opened his show room on a Sunday afternoon so we could select our fabrics. This customer service is very very rare. Post sale service is 10/10, had measurements done within 2 days of sale, and as I said, an appointment to install thermal 25 premium shutters in 3 weeks (at a very reason price). Thanks so much Sal! Will recommend to family and friends.

BE AWARE My blinds cost me about $27,000. WAS MEANT TO BE DONE BY CHRISTMAS 2022 KEEP IN MIND MONEY FIRST THEN INSTALLATION. Still not done and we are in April 2023 AFTER THEIR INSTALLER DAMAGED a few walls (some sheers and rods are too short and they've been out about 3 times and still not rectified). I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR IT TO BE FIXED/REIMBURSED AND NOT ONLY THAT TO HAVE THE DIRECTOR SAL COME TO MY HOUSE AND make false promises (said he will arrange another installer to come fix some sheers for them to come out and the rods were too short again, this is about the 3rd time with the sheers and still not fixed. Now their solicitor is threatening me with defamation. When my reviews are honest and factual. Can't believe this from Blinds and Designers in Epping.

Really enjoying my new plantation shutters. The team arranged installation on schedule and I was kept informed throughout the process. The windows were a little tricky to work given their age but have come up a treat. Thanks again!

I got my entire house (blinds + sheer curtains) done by them. But, they have such a poor post-sales service. The blinds were installed only one year ago with 5 years warranty, but one of the blinds and its rollers are stuck, and despite several calls and texts, there is no response from these people. I also wanted to get two new blinds for my laundry and they just don’t care for a small job. I had a good experience with Sonia but very disappointed with the post sales service- their so called warranties are a scam!

Sonia came out to quote our new apartment only a day or two after we requested a quote, online. She was nothing but professional, friendly & recommended only what we needed as opposed to trying to sell us things we wouldn’t need. She arrived on time & has been very receptive to emails, phone calls & texts & actually did what she said she’d do which is so refreshing when dealing with services such as this.
So far, the process has been smooth & without issue & Rina was also lovely & very prompt to contact us the following day after we’d paid our deposit, to book us in for final measurements.
