My old vertical blinds in the property I am renting were dated, the colour was awful and were dirty. I found this business and went in with an idea of the colour I was looking for. I walked away with 30+ samples and when I got home I could really see the nuances of the colour I was looking for and how it worked in the daytime vs the artificial night lighting. I made my choice confidently and ordered enough slats for my main 3 windows in my open-plan dining/living/kitchen. The result is amazing with a totally new look and freshness. Quick turnaround time, too.

Great to find this jem.fixing a blind instead of replacing a whole blind panel was the difference between $78 and $2 for the part required to do a DIY Fix.

Made two visits. 1st time gave us wrong size part after arguing that it was the correct size. Had to return again when it was proven to be the wrong size. Upon 2nd visit the customer service went from bad to worse. See lots of good reviews here, but clearly Dave doesn't want to work here. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had. Not sure why he was so agitated. We were ultra polite & thought he was just having a bad day the first time. 2nd visit his mood had worsened. Plenty of other blind places to go to.

Dave was very lovely, although didn't have the part I needed as its so ancient but he was more than happy to help me find an alternative solution. Great prices and amazing customer service!:)
