Blanc Spa

After visiting Blanc Spa monthly for facials, my therapist suggested I started a skin peel series to tackle my pigmentation. I have had 3 so far and have 3 more to go. I wasn’t sure how much it would work but I am so impressed! My pigmentation has already faded a-lot, I can’t wait to see what happens after three more. Thanks Blanc Spa, your team were so friendly and attentative!

Blanc blew every single expectation out of the water! Having never attended a day spa before for any such treatment, I was absolutely blown away by the service and communication from the entire team.

Gabriella was phenomenal at organising space to fit me in to a very tight schedule due to some of life’s unforeseen circumstances. The girls in the spa were accommodating and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I was able to ask questions about my treatment and was given fantastic service and informative regarding my skin.

I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and re-informed about the types of treatment I would require in the future.

I would absolutely highly recommend this place for anybody considering treatments, relaxation or looking to spoil someone you love with a voucher.

The customer service at Blanc Spa is absolutely brilliant - they’re great at making you feel at home (or even better than that!). Kumi is so lovely and incredible at what she does. I had a Swedish massage and was slightly worried that it might be painful in the tense areas - but Kumi was amazing at applying the perfect pressure and even gave me tips for how to help the tense areas at home. She also made lovely conversation which is always a win!

Was given a voucher for my birthday. Lived my facial so much I've booked in for another in 6 weeks - so relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing. Also ordered some product and when I came to pickup Kristy was unable to locate it - she gave me a sample to go on with and then rang me back the next day with it put somewhere special. I really enjoyed my experience here, despite being on the corner of a busy street it was quite tranquil and quiet. The space is lovely the people were polite and provided a great service including tea and water in the relaxation lounge afterwards really makes you feel like you're relaxing. I went in for a pregnancy massage, which was lovely and relaxing and would suit most people just wasn't quite for me as i feel I didn't get much out of it for the price i paid. They apparently have many more service options and I would definitely consider going back in future perhaps for something different

Was gifted the pregnancy massage and it was so wonderful! What a gorgeous setting and experience but most importantly it was a actual massage where my pain points were taken in to consideration and i was made to feel comfortable during the experience. I have been going to Blanc spa for over 6 months now for their Signature Facials and time and time again I am blown away by their attentive staff and exceptional customer service. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed and my skin seriously thanks me for it (it also doesn’t hurt that it’s the most luxe spa I’ve been to in Melbourne!). I tried the LED Therapy for the first time on Saturday and after only 1 session I can already see results. My blemish-prone skin has visibly calmed down, with redness reduced and it feels hydrated and plump. I’ll be going back for a 2nd session on Thursday and can’t wait to see more changes!

Thank you Blanc! Went for the LED upgrade with my facial here yesterday and was so happy with the results. Even after the first session, there is a significant reduction in inflammation, and my skin feels noticeably smoother and firmer (without expecting or looking for it, I noticed today that the fine lines around my eyes are significantly reduced). The staff are also lovely and highly professional. All round excellent experience!

Nothing short of incredible! What an experience at Blanc Spa - for my birthday I was given a "Blanc Body Bliss" package with my partner and it was the best spa experience of my life. The staff were friendly and attentive, the facilities are amazing and the overall experience, second to none. Could not recommend this highly enough!

Decided to give this new day spa a go and what an experience! Friendly staff, easy to get to location near great shopping and cafes, all on top of an amazing treatment. Can't wait to go back again
