Very cheerful staff, prompt service, good value sandwiches and rolls. Coffee is very good. I would return for Breaky and lunch.

A decent place for a quick breakfast & lunch.

I ordered the Green Eggs & Salmon - scrambled eggs with pesto and fresh herbs, served on toasted sourdough topped with smoked Atlantic salmon.

The food was alright, and preferred the coffee more. The food could have used more flavour.

All the standard menu items you expect of a modern Australian Cafe with great, prompt, service.

I left my outdoor table for a few minutes to help a woman with directions and the staff noticed and held my food until I returned to my table.

As I ate my breakfast (arrived 9.15am on a Thursday) the cafe was popular with business people having breakfast meetings, and as I finished (around 10am) it was popular with tradies on break.

We ordered corporate catering for a morning meeting and were so impressed with the customer service, ease of ordering and the quality / freshness of the food.
We will be regular customers of Blahnik for our Studio catering needs.

We had a lunch where we needed to organise individual servings specific to each staff members needs. We had hot and cold food ordered as well as special requests for those with dietary requirements. All I can say is the team at Blahnik did a wonderful job.

Individual wrapped, labelled and delivered in two sessions which enabled us to be COVID safe in our current environment.

Hunish was also fantastic, always working with us to resolve any problems quickly to ensure we did everything possible to make it a great event.

This is the place to enjoy the best eggs Benedict in Melbourne! The food is delicious, the service is outstanding and it's just the perfect spot to catch up with friends for that brunch chit chat. Shout out to the owner Hunish, who makes a special effort to greet all customers.that is phenomenal. Did I mention the prices were crazy good too? !

Ordered catering for the company team picnic 24 hours before the event. Hunish was extremely helpful! We also asked for it to be delivered to the park. All done in a timely manner. The food was delish and fresh. Packed as instructed for dietary requirements. My colleagues were very impressed. We will certainly be back for more. Thanks Hunish and team!

Central Melbourne is of course well-served for cafés, but, during my recent visit, I made a point of detouring a couple of streets for a flat white and croissant at Blahnik. Coffee was excellent, as you'd expect, but the service was outstanding. Blahniks Cafe is down a small lane with other cafes. About 11 ish we were able to get a table lucky. Very good value for breaky great coffee very friendly staff. Not many places in town that a full breakfast for $13: 50. Would I recommend (YES).

A great cafe near my hotel. Healthy muesli, salads for lunch. The staff are efficient and so friendly. Came here four mornings and felt I had known all yearI will be back.

Been here before - wasn’t happy. Music always so loud and owner always chatting away on his cell. Sometimes I have to make eye contact to be served as he’s just chattering away. Coffee was average and food was average. They say they make their scones in-house but am yet to see anything in that regard. Rebut ‘‘twas a narrative suppressed by a vehement consignment thus ended with a grotesque grin.

Food was amazing, both in presentation and taste. Ruby, who served us is a super star. Coffee didn’t quite meet my expectations. But this place deserves 5 star.

For several years I have been visiting Blahnik. Often alone for takeaway on a Friday and often with friends and partners. Always enjoyed the service, quality and selection of grub on offer and portion size. And yet, in recent times, there has been a change in these measures, with exclusively the younger members of staff. Smiles are plastic if even affected and portion size steadily decreases. With today showing as per the photo, an incredibly miserly rationing of meat and even vegetables, for close to $15. Now if reading this, please bear in mind that had I been served by one of the more established members of staff, the ever friendly blonde lady for example, I would not be writing this complaint. This was a serving from a teenager. Who has either been instructed to deliver miserly portions, or chooses to do so. Still, with such a brisk trade at large, why would the owners be in any way perturbed, for they would likely consider only the $$$ and not the pipsqueak moaning of a customer of several years who finally sighs too deeply and takes his steady trickle of gold elsewhere. And that is one of the troubles with our Society. Customer service is not just of little consequence to the younger generations who can make payment whilst swiping left and right on tinder! Or fluffersunite! Or bumblefumble! Whatever the latest app is called without making a sound towards or eye contact with the checkout operator and this leads to similar connection offered from the other side, staff to customer. I am trying to outline that I understand there are mitigating factors at play, and perhaps I am just a little old before my time and have already become part Victor Meldrew or worse. Still, take my advice: Avoid the younger members of staff, aim for the established crew would would receive 5 stars, not the 1 as per this review, so its more a staff specific offering, good luck!

I was about giving out my CV to this coffeeshop to apply for a job, the aging man whom i talked to does not really helpful as he reject my CV and ask me to get out, he think Blahnik is the best coffeeshop in Melbourne but he does not realise the store is just located in a alley

Good selection of hot food or foccacias, salads and sweets. I had a rogan josh lamb shank, can't say I've ever had one before.
