Bill was quite busy when I came up to try some skates on, but still he was friendly and patient, taking the time to help me fit my skates well, and explaining sizing to me in-depth so I understood all my options. I really appreciate being given the time and attention I need to make an informed decision:)
And a note for other customers - its a good idea to go in with an idea of what you want, as there are so many options and add-ons that can be recommended.

Dropped in with no notice at all and was welcomed in without hesitation, even with a shop full of customers, booking a fitting would be a more considerate corse of action for staff members in hindsight. It takes times to fit properly and buy the right accessories but was squeezed in regardless. I was greatful for all the advise and patience provided. I love my skates so much, way better than the fake plastic ones you hire. Thanks again!

Went here with no prior knowledge to get my first skates, and Bill helped me out tremendously with in-depth information on not only the skate size, but skates specific to my foot shape. Spent a whopping 2 hours just to help me find the right fit, but also recommended skates based on my budget and skating level as well. I'm incredibly grateful (thanks for the financial advice too!), Bill.

I went here with my daughter and son to purchase ice skates for my daughter. The owner was very professional and knowledgable. My son did not even come to buy skates but he tried on some rollar blades and received a lesson on how to skate. My son liked this service so much that he decided to buy the skates.

He gave my daughter excelent service. Although there was no ice to skate on he still explained how to skate. What a great experience. I would highly reccomend this place to buy skates.

I was looking for a 'specific brand' of roller skates as a birthday present for my wife. Bladeworx was on the first page of my search results. When I viewed Bladeworx website,
it indicated that they had the skates what I was looking for. I called & spoke with the owner, Bill. During our phone conversations, Bill explained that the 'specific brand' of skates I was looking for was not all that great nowadays- compared to back in the day and offered a similar however much better quality skate, not to mention cheaper roller skate. Bill's professionalism, friendliness, subject matter expertise, responses to my inquiries and manner of speaking was/is beyond reproach. Once the roller skate choice had been finalised, Bill & I discussed roller blades for me. Once again Bill's professionalism, friendliness, subject matter expertise on my roller blade enquiries and what questions to ask was/is top shelf. Bill offered me a range of inline skates to consider commensurate with my level of experience & my age. Once again Bill was nothing but friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to speak and deal with. After researching Bill's recommendations, including price-checking, Bill's advice, Bladeworx cost of skates, speed & shipping to the Gold Coast etc, I purchased not only a pair of skates for my wife, but also a pair of blades for myself. Both the skates & blades were recommended Bill. I cannot recommend Bladeworx & Bill highly enough and have already recommended Bladeworx to some friends.
