Thank you so much for the help in ordering my supplements, I spoke to Anne, and she was very helpful. Ordered my products Tuesday, and they were delivered on Thursday. Such a great service, as I do not live in the area, so was great to be able to get them delivered so promptly.

This is what you call a family chemist. Firstly, Hugh, Anne and Yen are wonderful pharmacists. They always have attended to all our families needs with that personal care and touch. We are always greeted warmly and they feel like family. Their positive nature and smiles is infectious and spreads through to all the staff on the floor. Speaking of which, the 2 sisters Antoinette and Santina are always helpful and caring. Truly blessed to do business with this Chemist and second to none staff.

What a fantastic pharmacy - the service here is amazing. Hugh (the chemist) went out of his way to help my elderly mum with her complicated medicine regime. He got it all sorted for her so quickly after a mix up at the hospital and were so pleasant and kind. They made it so easy! Highly recommend.

Had the most wonderful experience here the other day. I'm petrified of needles and when I had my Moderna vaccine here, all the staff were so comforting and professional. When I called to book the appointment, the lady on the phone was so lovely, and you could tell that nothing was too much trouble for her. When my partner and I were sitting down after the vaccine, Anne (I think that was her name) came and helped us with supplements. She gave us so much information. You can tell she goes above and beyond to do her job, and loves what she does. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Their really friendly and helpful workers there as well as it's a very handy chemist, their open from 9am to 8pm Weekdays and Sat 9am to 1pm, Closed Sundays

Prices were very competitive, quite a few items were considerably cheaper than elsewhere. Combined with great service I'll be coming back again:)

I have been going to this Pharmacy since I moved to Williamstown, 14 years ago. Nothing is too much trouble and they always remember my name. Karen deserves an award for the most helpful shop assistant ever! Hugh is always happy and helpful and has made several helpful suggestions in regard to my allergies.

All of the pharmacies at this pharmacy are amazing, and not to forget the friendly assistants behind the counter. Everyone here knows your name asked how your family is going and you can genuinely trust them when it’s something important.

Amazing customer service. My son had croup and we had just come from RCH early in the morning. Tony was incredibly helpful and sympathetic.

I didnt realise how important it was to have a good chemist until i found this one. They remember me and always ask how my medication is going, even if im in there for something else entirely.

Needed a chemist who could deliver when I had the flu. Included some tissues for free really nice gesture. When I have been unable to get to a chemist they have helped me out. They go above and beyond to be of assistance which is very much appreciated. Something you don't get with the bigger pharmacies. Always friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is unique in the sense that all staff, including the pharmacists, are ALWAYS friendly and they seem to be genuinely happy to see you. If you want the diamond service, though, ask for Hugh if you need a pharmacist or Jess if you need a staff member for advice or to show you around. Further they always stock what I need, they take all the time required, short waiting times, even if it’s busy and they have long opening hours, including weekends.

Got my flu shot done here. The pharmacist was gentle, very professional and it saved me 50 bucks compared to what the doctors down the road wanted to charge

Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful and they were really quick. The best part is the prices are the same as the Chemist Warehouse, so I'm definitely making this my local pharmacy.
