Two stars for the receptionists and Dr. Jayaweera who are nice and professional. Had 2 unpleasant experiences one with Dr. Solaf who seemed like she couldn't be bothered to see me and misdiagnosed me thinking I have a muscle spasm when I had Shingles.and one with Dr. Asif who told me I had Shingles then got me out the door asap.

The worst medical centre in all of Doncaster. Stay away. The doctors have become arrogant and the reception staff even worse. Stay away!

Unprofessional and rude doctors that don’t know how to diagnose you correctly, and make you spend an immense amount of money on treatments - just to make you keep coming back. Worst clinic in the area - the only decent doctor was Dr Solana who has now retired. Hire people that are trained to practice on patients in an effective and professional manner - not ones who got their license out of a cereal container.

I am new to the this clinic and I saw it when I walk sometimes. I just talked to the receptionest to make an appointment just now.
I felt very upset because I had been rejected to make an appointment by her and she did not listen what I want to say and she act her own way right away.
Firstly, I felt not welcomed and refused by her word. She could have been gentle on the phone rather than controlling and being bossy to me. I am not a kid!

Whatever the subject we are discussing about. It doesnt matter I will understand and accept it if I can not make an appointment.
However, I am not happy with her attitude, very rude and unfriendly.

She was not patient to listen what I want to say. Her role is not arguing with someone but should help the patient whatever reason they have.
I have never felt so upset.

I will not be visiting here even although it is walkable distance.

Lovely reception staff but the worst experience with a GP I’ve ever had. Couldn’t have been any more dismissive, disparaging or rude. Even got an eye roll, just for seeking a referral As directed by another health professional.

Took my 82 year old mother to this clinic. The receptionist was exceptionally courteous and respectful as was the doctor that treated my mother. Thank you very much for your great service!

Extended operating hours are useful. Attending Doctor was personable and professional, understood concern. Lengthy form to fill in for first-time user.

I visited my GP at Blackburn Road Medical Centre for the first time today (she was at another practice prior to this). It was good to see my GP again and to have a thorough discussion. The receptionist at this practice is friendly and welcoming.) Robyn

Visited the clinic today. The reception staff were very attentive and caring. I have been a patient of Dr Shakir for twelve years and she has always been professional and caring.

Gosh! Shocking manner.
When i went to book was told $75.00 for 15 minutes 44 minutes for $136.00.the 2 females were lovely choosing which doc to give to me. However, I was misinformed with pricing and the doctor was useless.
I am an Aussie returning to Australia to care for my 98 year old mum.but I have a long history of Chronic Pain. Without my meds I cannot function. I am considered disabled and have a disabled card.
I tried to explain to Dr Shakir but hadn't noticed my letter of Travel from my gp in London, UK had not been signed nor had a stamp. My normal GP in London who only works 1 day per week was not listed on the headed paper as a GP there.
Dr Shakir said I was saying 'I don't know', a lot, which I was.
Obviously my UK repeat prescription and personal dosage sticker on the boxes of meds are different from Australia.
She said, for all I know, your letter is forged.
I said I can show you my complete medical history and consultations plus med dosages on my NHS app. She said, I don't like apps. She absolutely dismissed everything that I had to say.
Further more the consultation took less than 15 minutes with someone interupting my session. Yet I was charged $105.00 for the privalage of being disregarded and basically told I was lying.
I understand they do not know me, so no reference point.
But don't just stare at my paper evidence telling me what you can't see, making time tick by, especially as I could show you evidence.
Get with the times doctor, and accept the evidence on the NHS app.
You have QR codes to check in and you send clients text messages to fill in forms.
Even airports, customs let me through and an app proves if we have had covid shots.
Further more don't laugh at me for telling you Im allergic to Ibuprofen and tell me, NO ONE would prescribe you that many pills. Well they obviously do, cos I have been taking morphine, gabipentin, Amitryptiline, Amdolopine, Ramipril and parecetomal for 5 years now and I function. You, telling me I'm overdosing doesn't help my situation. Maybe you should have given me a medication review instead of being so ignorant and dismissive.
Look at the evidence Dear!
