I came in here to buy some clippers, the staff were really welcoming and the staff were really helpful by explaining the differences between the clippers. I will be coming back here for sure

I went here for the first time today, and it's a great beauty shop! It has everything you could ever need, and the customer service was great.

Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman who arranged the order on a Sat for me to pickup. After placing my order online the night before. My mother-in-law was so happy to have her hair done. It's so nice to be welcomed at a business and not an inconvenience like so many others do.

I bought 2 colours for my wife on 3th of February. But instead of no 5 I bought 5.12 and I didn’t keep receipt although I paid by card. It was very far from my home. So I went there 21st February to just change that number. But lady on counter refused to exchange as I don’t have receipt but when i showed her transaction details then she said we have on7 days return policy. But I requested her so many times that I just wanted to change number of the colour. But she refused to acknowledge this. So rude and pathetic service.

Been twice to this particular store and both times I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome there. Second time I only went there to get 1 thing through click and collect as it's the closest store to me.
The staff are very rude, they don't acknowledge you when arriving and the reason I'm there.
From now on I won't be going to that store, I'd prefer to travel further to get decent staff who actually welcome customers and are friendly.
I dont recommend that store in particular!

Amazing supply shop, lots of variety! Staff are so helpful and friendly.kind enough to pack my click and collect order in a matter of 30 mins to be collected out of their usual collection hours! Highly recommend

Please update trading hours. Annoying when you make a special trip on a Saturday for the shop to be closed.

WORST SUPPLIER/SHOP EVER!
First off, staff are EXTREMELY RUDE, do not help you at all, barley even acknowledge you when you walk in or out. They are ALWAYS talking amongst themselves, completely ignore the customer and when you ask for help they are very rude and cold. The prices are extremely overpriced and not much variety at all! I have been to multiple beauty suppliers who have been a lot cheaper and better range (and better staff). I have been in there 3 times and everytime I have dreaded walking in because they make me feel so unwelcome. Recently, I was purchasing an item in store and I place the item at the counter and said hello to the two blonde ladies who were having a good old chat with each other. They did not even acknowledge I was standing there waiting and continued to talk for about a minute before serving me and not even GREETING ME or saying hello. I am ASTOUNDED! I am not continuing to get my supplies from this store purely based on the HORRIBLE service. I suggest you learn customer service because this is not acceptable. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Im starting my own home salon went in black2blonde and got very good helpful advice, the ladies are so friendly and welcoming. Help me heaps with my decision on which product I can use and retail Advice I highly recommend black2blonde in Berwick.

Good range of products. Staff are not very attentive though and seem to mostly have something rather important to discuss among themselves? They all congregate around the register discussing whatever.

Always good to see the friendly faces and they always have what I need and if it's not in stock they will get it in.

Great service! They always have what I need and the gentleman who works there Andrew is a delight to talk to. Always going that extra mile for us. And his team are fantastic! Plus the prices are great.

Went to the Berwick store. Great advice I purchased a few of the Saryna Key products. I'll be back to get more soon.
