Maybe waited a touch, but he listens and doesn't want to shove a script down yr throat. I seriously recommend him if you are looking for a great doctor. Worth the wait, not that long actually compared to other doctors

My dealings with Doctor Robert Gunawan was extremely satisfying thankyou.
I was tested positive with covid but I feel I am making good progress.

Been there three times now, saw Dr Robert he takes the time to listen and understand you and your needs. Would recommend if you are looking for a new medical centre. Even while waiting the nurse was great with the little boy about to have a needle. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with the Black Fish since Fergal sold the business.

Notice how no old staff are there anymore!

They even told me my bloods were fine! When it resulted in needed a major organ transplant!

Do yourself a favour - this centre is run by a bunch of inconsiderate and inhuman people that have absolutely no consideration to local community CORE values or more so YOUR HEALTH.

They are fast to take your money yet not when it comes to performing they might as well board the first plane offshore.scumbags!

We gladly removed all our patient records from this pathetic clinic that once was decent and I hope they go into liquidation.

I've reported them to AHPRA.close these guys down!

I’ve never left this clinic feeling discouraged, shamed or disappointed. The doctors are kind, caring, compassionate & they listen to their patients. They are thorough and genuinely care about the person sitting in front of them. I cannot speak highly enough of all of the doctors in this clinic. I previously saw Dr Uzma Jawwad and now I see Dr Dilruba.

I was happy with everything, and she made me feel very comfortable, and answered all my questions.

The doctor was really attentive and very thorough, it was not rushed and she listened to all of my concerns

Saw Dr Dilruba. Very friendly and easy to get along with. Not a long wait and easy to get an appointment.

Phoned up got a appointment at 11.30 took 40 min to see doctor never happened before if 5min late they would tell you

Rude staff and drs have no idea either. (Misdiagnosed several times there) Called and was spoken to so rudely they don’t take in new patients, after I said I’m an existing patient she goes “well we have no appointments either till next month, call 000” -hangs up. SO her only job is to answer the phone and reject people? NO THANKS

Welcoming country medical practice. Felt homely, was clean, didn't smell clinical, the lighting makes it feel warm and inviting.

Please update the community via your Website or Facebook with what is going on. Can't get through on the phones, appearing to have zero Doctors working there anymore, clinic closed on random days and times despite appointments being made. This was once an incredible trusted clinic, now I'm not even sure it's going to remain open. Being in such a small community, please do the right thing and share a business update. You run the risk of having no community trust or bookings (if you stay open that is)

I see Dr Colin Wong, he is a very good doctor and always on time give or take 2or3 minutes
Unfortunately he is no longer there 2/1/2023

Staff are always helpful and the DRs we've seen seem caring and treat you as an individual, not rushed out the door.

Dr Fenghal is an amazing Dr who actually is caring and will do the best for you. The only Dr who has listened to me. And belived.

Doctor Uzma very polite and listened to each of our concerns and guided through.

Myself and my family have been using blackfish for 5 years. They are all lovely doctors all the staff and helpful and caring!

We moved to the area in 2021 and have now all visited Blackfish as needed. Professional, welcoming, and have found the three doctors we have come across to be thorough and knowledgeable. We will certainly continue using Blackfish as our family GP.

Some months ago, I was struggling with a prolonged bad reaction to cannabis oil.
I was recommended Dr. Armstrong who listened very attentively throughout a lengthy appointment, and offered me the help I had struggled getting prior.
I've long since recovered.
My utmost thanks goes to Dr. Armstrongs passion and expertise.

Dr Ferdusi (not sure on the spelling) is honestly the best dr I have ever had. I have a lot of mental health issues that I deal with as well as heart disease and hypertension. Thats alot going on for one person and she has helped with it all for 3 years now. Best kindest doc ever
