3Total waste of time for me. Ended up with a very expensive policy and then found an equally good alternative far cheaper elsewhere. Be aware you will get stung with very high fees and they are non-refundable unlike going direct to an insurer. Looks like other people have had the same experience with this lot from the other reviews.
Worst experience ever. So much time and money wasted on the most horrendous customer service I have ever come across. Please consider other insurance options. Still trying to figure out if this was an elaborate scam. I ended up dealing directly with CGU for a swift end to a horrible experience.
