I had Bill come out after a different initial quote for my bathroom sink. He was out in one hour and it was fixed for half the price! Very happy with their speed and service. Will be getting future plumbing works done by Bill and Biztec.

Bill came out to fix an emergency burst pipe in the evening. He was friendly, efficient and rectified the issue with ease. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Many thanks.

Excellent! Drain cleared!

Sewer drain was blocked (after my son threw pebbles and toys down the overflow). Contacted Bill from Biztec Plumbing last night and his team was in and out of here before lunch today.

Very professional. Specialist equipment cleared the drain quickly and easily. Left no mess.

Terrific service. We needed to replace a gas hot water system. They took us through a range of options. Pricing was very clear and straightforward, and throughout all aspects of the job were explained. Great work completing the job, left site very tidy. Very happy - highly recommended.

Ryan came to our place on a sunday to install a gas cooktop. First of all he was on time and very polite. His workmanship was excellent and he obviously takes pride in his work. Ryan cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend!

Great, professional service. Had an an issue with the gas hot water cylinder. Sam and Ryan arrived promptly (I was the one apologising for being tardy). The guys were clearly knew what they were doing, identified what the problem was, and clearly explained what needed to be replaced to fix the issue. The quote was very fair, and the guys undertook the replacement straight away, and got our hot water running again in no time. Great experience, highly recommend.

Thought I had blocked storm water pipes. They came out and cleaned with a jet. Still blocked. Sent the camera down and what ever it is, is on council land and unmovable. Possible concrete? Tried and to no avail. I was given direction as to what my options were and advice on replacing the storm water pipe work. Was on time. Polite. No complaints.
