I shop here in desperate circumstances, why is it so expensive here despite them being a massive wholesaler.

Money and greed oh my god.

Got some beautiful flowers from here and they arranged them beautifully.also grabbed some fruit.happy days. Friendly service with a laugh and a smile.

Shopped here on and off for 25 years. Generally OK to good quality produce rather than great quality. Today, multiple beans and lemons are mouldy, but it has been very humid.
. They always used to ask if they could pack your bags but now the customer is expected to do so. And heaven help you if you are slow in the eyes of the staff, they've been rude to me about that several times.
. Most recently a cash register staff member was actually pleasant to deal with. Maybe there is a pick up in customer service skills.

Butcher and veg. Best in Melbourne. Where else in Melbourne will you get such a great range of fresh produce. Unbeatable family service, amazing trading hours, exceptional grocery choices. I found this store 3 years ago and gave up going to the supermarket forever. A traditional family store of exceptional quality.

I got a bouquet of flowers and chocolates organised for a work colleague. The flowers were both amazing and well priced, and the Chocilo chocolates are a stand out. Easy ordering, fast delivery and excellent products. More than happy to recommend and would definitely order again.

I have shopped here for a long time but the standard has really dropped over the last couple of years. The flowers are now always overpriced and in poor quality. The owner lady also has very poor manners and is incredibly rude to customers. Such a shame but have found a great new florist in Clifton Hill.

I only shop here when I can't get to the Queen Vic Market. The fruit and veg range is basic and expensive, although the quality is usually good. However I won't be shopping here again as they let customers bring their dogs inside the store which is so unhygienic.

Some kid jumped out and squirted my 3 year old son with mayonaise. Anyway apart from the capsicum (which gives me diarhorea LOL) the food is pretty good i suppose

I was hoping that biviano would deliver good quality fruit and veggies that are fresher than ones at our local woolies/Coles. However I'm disappointed to say that their quality is poor. I received dried out carrots, yellow veggies, wrinkly onions and soggy apples (see photos). Yuck! I'd rather just shop at my regular supermarket then. Biviano definitely does NOT offer good quality.
Furthermore my delivery was delivered the day after promised date.

Kind of a Station Street institution, Biviano's offers good fruit and veg at good prices, with a decent deli section and florist as well, and an attached butcher which is also well-priced. Discount offerings are often worth a look too.

Really happy with the florists! I wish I had asked for her name - she has long blonde hair and was wearing a black mask with a smiley face! She
was lovely and helped me pick out a floral arrangement for my sister and my brother - and they loved it! A large and diverse array of different flowers to choose from. Highly recommend!

By far the best fruit and veg provider/delivery on the market in melbourne. I have tried them all, there are others that are worthwhile as well, but these ones are the best! Next day delivery and no fluff. You get what you bargained for. The boxes are not excessively big either, allowing better breakdown into small recyclable bins. I am a happy, happy, happy customer!

Can never fault the quality of fruit and veg here. Its restaurant quality, and always makes meals 'pop'.

The florists are so incredible. They made the most beautiful native arrangements for our wedding. They understood the look and took me through all the steps of the design. The quality is exquisite and their pricing is incredible value. I will always go back to Bivianos for flowers (and groceries!)

This is our go to place for local fresh produce. Between Biviano and their neighbor Oasis (+ the IGA down the street) I can get anything my heart desires for making fresh healthy vegetarian and often vegan dishes. The produce at Biviano is always of excellent and fairly priced for it's quality.

My partner enjoys shopping at the butcher counter attached to the store, and he tells me it is great, I just don't like seeing and smelling copious amounts of meat flesh. I trust his judgement and appreciate that I don't have to go into a meat section at all of I don't want to. Huge bonus for me as a lifelong vegetarian!

I have been going to Biviano on and off for decades and it just keeps getting worse. Fruit is often close to being rotten, especially berries and oranges. I tried to arrange buying a regular box of oranges at one stage as i make juice each day and they were less than helpful so i ended up getting this elsewhere. There is no personality in the store even though there is a wide range of goods and there is a reasonable local trade. They are also more expensive than similar fruit shops, oranges for example are always a dollar or two above other stores.

My partner gets groceries from this place after work sometimes. Possibly the freshest and best quality products anywhere in Melbourne.

We (Super Tek Collision Repairs) ordered flowers for a staff member who''s mother has passed away and Connie arranged a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be delievered and it was all done by a phone call. We have used Biviano on a couple of occasions and they have always done an amazing job.

Would not recommend at all! Went tonight at 6;50 and they were closed the sign says 7! I was told by a very rude staff member that they'll always close earlier then the sign.you need to train your staff and work on customer service
