Price of parts and labour fluctuated multiple times for the same task and product.

Requested invoice/receipt of repairs however was refused.

Laptop was still working (with a few issues) prior to being "assessed" but now it won't boot at all.

Very dissatisfied with this company.

Very poor service and unrealistically expensive. Charged heaps for small job of few minutes to swap just a small part. The quality of the repair was extremely poor - left marks of screw driver on the body of laptop, appeared to have forcefully removed battery, thereby creating gap between connector of motherboard and battery - loose contact problem. Screws were loose and few missing from the back plate, some sound can be heard as if some little broken part is left inside the body of the laptop. When tried to contact - stopped answering calls. Had to spend more to get it fixed by other tech.
Pathetic customer service and unreasonably expensive.

I bought Windows 10 (full price) through them and was given a CD key written on a piece of paper but I was promised this was because he bought it online for me.several months later I now get a message telling me that my key is already being used and all my emails regarding this matter are ignored.their repair service is fine but any digital purchases are a sham

I called Sam to gauge whether or not he'd be able to help me get my 2013 Asus 15" Ultrabooks screen repaired.
To my delight, given that it was Sunday he was able to see me that day to drop Laptop off, diagnosed the issue on the spot and I had it back on Wednesday, super fast turnaround.

Took my lenovo Thinkpad in for a reformat, it had a few other problems which made the process take a little longer than usual, because they exhausted all possible avenues to correctly diagnose these other issues, at no extra charge. Your laptop is in good hands of a professional staff experienced in fixing problems with software and with hardware, basically akin to universal mechanics for computers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****.
