Absolutely pathetic customer service. Old owners were way better. This guy needs to retire because I don’t know how the hell he could see himself working in hospitality. Learn how to speak to people on the phone, or better yet, when they present you with a problem face to face, learn how to diffuse the situation like a leader should. A 10 year old brain in a 60 year old’s body.

Went in last night, and ordered a Chicken Fillet 'Bite Me' Pack - with chips and salad. What I got was not what I asked for.
Firstly I received a Chicken Schnitzel that was fried, rather than a grilled fillet. If they had run out, I feel the cashier should have mentioned this. I did not receive any chips, instead I received a salad drowned in Balsamic Vinegar dressing. It was way too much, it soaked into the chicken and my mouth felt weird from the acidity afterwards. The olives and cucumber in the salad were also a bit soggy, and didn't taste fresh. When I checked my receipt, I did notice the cashier put through a 'no carbs' pack, so didn't charge me for chips, just simply got my order wrong. It was a disappointing meal, yet I was so hungry I just ate it.

I've had burgers in all the top burger joints, the burgers here are on par with Danny's in Clifton Hill and Andy's burgers in Middle Park. These are very tasty burgers, and the chips are nice, there is also a dine in area inside and out, and the place looks clean. I got take away on both occasions, and they're very meticulous on how they present and package your fast food. The 2 European gents behind the counter know what they're doing! Keep the quality up, cheers.

Good burger, nice chips and the chicken wings were good too.
My basic burger taste a little like the old school burgers from the fish n chips shops in the 90's. That's a good thing, it's just been improved with the brioche bun and better meat.
The more gourmet burgers look very good but I'm a basic burger kinda guy.
I think most would be happy with these

First time going there, got a fully loaded chicken schnitzel and a fully loaded chicken fillet. The burgers were decently big, quite a meal. To top it all off, when I picked it up, they added a free chips too.

Got takeaway for the first time and we will be back for sure. The burgers & potato wedges are delicious & very generous in size. My wife had the vegetarian burger and I had the chicken schnitzel burger & both were some of the best burgers we have ever had. Very friendly & great customer service too. Highly recommend them.

Please update you're burger picture on door dash it looks like it's going through a divorce and has to pay alimony and the wife took the kids

Reasonable taste, salad a little less fresh and crisp than I would like. Flexible and diverse menu.

A bit of a mix up with the order so wasn’t happy but the manager went out of his way to understand the customers experience/ feedback and rectify. The stars are for him.

Food was amazing! Old fashioned burgers with the lot with a modern spin. Great value and service with a smile. We will be back!

Bite Me Grill & Burger joint creates one of the best burgers in town nestled in the North Balwyn shops on high street, the Wagyu Beef is simply yumm, sensational not much more to be said, coupled with one of the best coffees in town from 3 doors down at Romeo's Cafe, lunch here is a dream.

I was a little hungry after four o'clock and wanted something to eat but not a burger, the owner was very friendly and made a salad and fried chicken breast for me.

Excellent Superb. Will be back 100%, probably next week. The epitome of burgers. My kids loved them too.

Dont come at here at night time or afternoon
the rice is so cold u can tell that its leftover, and the burger bun is burnt including the burger very bad, dont come.here.not.worth.it, the bite me packs cost 16 dollars theres a rooster co charocal chicken just next to.this place the rice park with salad and chicken.is just 12－13dollars way cheaper, and the rice is freshly cooked, and the chicken.is superb

Ordered 2 burgers and large chips. Food arrived 30 minutes late. Order was missing the Ailoi sauce. Burgers tasted great but only had a hint of warmness on arrival. Chips were cold and tasted like they were who knows how old. The oil used for the chips was clearly dirty. $10 for chips, ate 3 and had to throw them out, just awful. Not worth the money.going somewhere else next tine.

The guy, with glasses, in whom I presume (based on other reviews!) is the owner has extremely poor customer service skills & was speaking rather rudely to his staff member. Definitely won’t be going back again.

The owner/manager has the worst customer service skills (guy with specs). I will never go to this place and not recommend this place to anyone. This place used to be a nice place, I think now it’s under new management. And the way he treated his staff member was shocking.

21.7.21. I have just witnessed a staff member, who seemed to not want to be there, slam a bag of frozen chips on the kitchen floor, in front of customers, to obviously break them up ready for frying. When I pointed out that that 'was not a good look', I got a belligerent response as if the health department & food handling protocols are irrelevant. I am still a customer, the burgers are great!
